We went wilderness camping. Took a 4x4 and lived to tell the tale. Would I do it again? Absolutely! This trip was awesome! So here is a short clip of our drive to the camping spot.

Creating a trail garden is very rewarding. Instead of the garden being in your backyard it is instead along a trail. Wild sowing adds beauty to a trail and food for critters. Whether your going to school or getting ready to spend an hour doing high aerobic isometric exercises or other exercises eggs are an excellent low carb high nutrition meal. The first time I did this I just about didn't make it to the door. This high intensity - fast as you can go 1 minute cardio run dropped my blood sugar reading from 17.1 to 12.1 in just 5 days. After water fasting my blood sugar levels were down to 10.3. Some say a walk is good for those suffering from diabetes or hyperglycaemia, however I advocate adding a short burst high intensity cardio run to your exercise regimen. Once per day along with other exercises including calisthenics is a good aid in strengthening your muscles, bones, and cardiovascular system.
