Toxic Legacy
Toxic Legacy Guest: Dr. Stephanie Seneff, Ph.D.
No single person has spent more time warning the world about the dangers of glyphosate (Roundup). She was an early warning system who was summarily attacked and discredited by Monsanto when she first came on the scene warning of the dangers to human health. Mysterious forms of cancer, Parkinson's disease, amyloidosis leading to heart failure, and more have now been linked to the exposure of glyphosate. Today all of her concerns have been realized. Monsanto has single handedly dealt a destructive blow to our planet and future generations. Even if you don't use Roundup on your lawn, your neighbors do. and you and your family are being exposed.

Brain Cancer: Beating The Odds
Brain Cancer: Beating The Odds Guest: Pablo Isaiah Kelly
Brain cancer strikes over 25,000 people a year just in the USA. It's the tenth leading cause of death here in America, with only 36% of patents surviving past 5 years after diagnosis. Last week I talked with Dr. Thomas Syefried about a study showing an 80 month follow-up on a man who, by using non-traditional methods, is still alive 80 months after his diagnosis of an aggressive glioblastoma. That man turned out to be a guest I interviewed back in 2016. I sit down with Pablo Isaiah Kelly now 5 years later to drill down on what exactly has worked for him and what hasn't.

New Study: Ketogenic Diet Without Chemo or Radiation for Control of Mutant Glioblastoma
New Study: Ketogenic Diet Without Chemo or Radiation for Control of Mutant Glioblastoma Guest: Prof. Thomas Seyfried, Ph.D.
Successful treatment of glioblastoma (GBM) remains futile despite decades of intense research. GBM is similar to most other malignant cancers in requiring glucose and glutamine for growth, regardless of histological or genetic heterogeneity. Ketogenic metabolic therapy (KMT) is a non-toxic nutritional intervention for cancer management. We report the case of a 32-year-old man who presented in 2014 with seizures and a right frontal lobe tumor on MRI. The long-term survival of this patient, now at 80 months, could be due in part to a therapeutic metabolic synergy between KMT and the IDH1 mutation that simultaneously target the glycolysis and glutaminolysis pathways that are essential for GBM growth.

Revisiting "The Bodybuilding Diet & its Legacy" with guest, Bill Tocco.
Since the early days of Physical Culture, a diet evolved that produced the leanest muscle with the least body fat accumulation. Some of the best early bodybuilders and trainers in the world used it with amazing success. Vince Gironda, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jack LaLanne, Chet Yorton, on and on. Today this same diet is used by bodybuilders worldwide. And it works just as promoted. Lean, muscular bodies not only look healthy but are the cornerstone of health. In the book Muscle, Smoke and Mirrors Volume 1, author Randy Roach sets out to show the nutritional origins and contributions of early fathers of Physical Culture to what would become the low-carbohydrate, low-inflammatory diet of today. Diets come and go like fads. But this diet has been around for over 100 years now and is the reason we finally realized that what you eat absolutely affects what your body looks like and whether or not you’ll develop diseases.

Exogenous Ketones and Insulin Resistance
Exogenous Ketones and Insulin Resistance Guest: Dr. Dominic D'Agostino, Ph.D.
The number 1 killer of Americans is Type 2 Diabetes. Heart disease, cancer, kidney disease, high blood pressure, dementia and many more are just the results of Type 2 Diabetes. Insulin resistance is the cause of Type 2 Diabetes. When you love with elevated insulin for a long period of time you develop Type 2 Diabetes. Low to moderate levels of ketones seem to have the ability to suppress insulin response. Would exogenous ketone supplements have the ability to rescue someone from developing full-on Type 2 Diabetes? Can they also be used to help reverse Type 2 Diabetes? And if so, how should they be used?

Muscle Saves Lives: The COVID Files
Muscle Saves Lives: The COVID Files Guest: Dr. Suzanne Turner, MD
The resonating message carried by the mainstream media is that the unhealthiest of the population are at the greatest risk of both contracting and dying from COVID. And if we're honest, they're the reason for the lockdown, masks, social distancing and vaccines. More than age, your existing level of fitness and heath will determine if you get the virus and will be alive after its gone. So one would suspect that healthy, strong and robust people just shake COVID off like any other temporary illness. This is the first of a series of interviews to see if being part of this Super Human audience has protected against the perils of this COVID epidemic.

FAN FAVORITE: The Physics of Resistance Exercise with Doug Brignole and Ron Penna
Every year, countless individuals engage in a resistance training program in an attempt to either enlarge their muscle size for enhanced physical appearance, increase their muscle strength for improved athletic performance, or maintain the ability to perform the activities of daily living that are important to them. Most of these fitness enthusiasts perform standard resistance exercises, as recommended by fitness professionals, personal trainers, and friends, or as presented in books, magazines, and websites. These standard resistance exercises are generally effective for the first few months of training, during which time most new participants experience gains in both muscle size and strength. Sooner or later, however, they encounter either an exercise-related injury or a muscle-development plateau.

The Bumper Crop Of Intellectually Lazy People + The First Wearable PEMF Unit
The Bumper Crop Of Intellectually Lazy People + The First Wearable PEMF Unit Guest: Joel Greene - Scott Donnell
It has been said there are no original ideas any longer. Everything has been thought of and we just recycle ideas and concepts. But has the level of intellectual laziness gone beyond this? With everyone wanting to be an overnight social media guru the outright theft of ideas and intellectual property is rampant. PLUS Pulsed Electro-magnetic technology is a proven science. It has application in a variety biological areas including speeding bone healing, muscle wasting in zero gravity and more. One of its most promising applications is its almost immediate effects on the brain. One study showed a wearable PEMF unit worn on the head like a bathing cap reversed major depressive disorder in humans. One company was paying close attention and now you have access to a wearable PEMF unit that has clinically shown to help you sleep, improve your mood, improve mental clarity and cognition and more at the touch of a button.

Is Obesity Racist
Is Obesity Racist Guest: Alex Leaf, MS, CISSN
Obesity seems to cut across several socioeconomic lines. A recent statistic: 57% of non-Hispanic black women, 46% of Hispanic women, 38% of non-Hispanic white women and 12% of non-Hispanic Asian women or obese. At first glance it appears that obesity as a phenomenon is racist. There's even a Harvard professor who says this is the results of systemic racism. But is it really? There will be no political correctness in this show. The rising obesity rates are the real existential threat to both our survival as a species and our sovereignty as a Nation. If you're easily triggered you may want to pass on this show.
