528Hz Solfeggio Music to Heal, Boost Immune System, Reduce Stress & Combat Alcohol While You Sleep
This magical solfeggio 528Hz music has the power to heal you whilst you sleep or meditate. Enjoy drifting off as you listen, (the music will gently fade to a quieter place for a deep sleep), and wake up having benefited from all the incredible benefits such as a boosted immune system and a reduction in stress.
How does it work? Solfeggio frequencies refer to specific tones of sound that promote healing and better health in body and mind. It is said that these frequencies date way back and were used by various religions in holy music.
Today, science has been able to make some remarkable discoveries and even though the research on the reparative effects of the 528Hz is still in its infancy, early studies show that it has the ability to heal and repair the body.
A 2018 study from Japan discovered that music tuned to the frequency of 528Hz significantly reduced stress in the endocrine systems and autonomic nervous systems—even after a mere five minutes of listening. In a different study published in the Journal of Addiction Research & Therapy, the 528Hz frequency was shown to reduce the toxic effects of ethanol, the principle ingredient found in alcoholic drinks, on cells. Even more astounding was that this frequency also increased cell life by about 20 percent.
The energizing and healing effects of music set to 528Hz make it ideal background music any time you feel under the weather or simply need to unwind.
A peer-reviewed double blind study published by nerve cell researchers found 528Hz waves in music boosts human immunity 100% by enhancing anti-oxidant activity.
Incredibly, that precise frequency of 528Hz is encrypted in the Bible's Book of Numbers as the most valuable 'gold offering' to God used to sanctify the temple—in this case the 'body temple.'
528Hz was later adopted by the Catholic Church as the "MI[racle]" note in the Solfeggio musical scale. That music was used in the most spiritually-uplifting "Hymn to St. John the Baptist."

432Hz miracle frequency music to soothe, relax, heal and raise positive energy, good vibrations
Have you ever wished you could fly? I have, and this video sums up every dream I've ever had about flying. I've combined the images with some magic 432Hz frequency music to make a killer relaxation combo.
What is 432Hz music? It's said to be the natural frequency of the universe. Originally all instruments were tuned to this frequency but in 1953, a worldwide agreement was signed whereby it was changed to 440Hz.
Many believe that the correct middle tuning for middle “A” is 432 Hz (also known as Verdi’s A) because it has “a pure tone of math fundamental to nature” and is “mathematically consistent with the patterns of the universe, vibrating with Phi, the Golden Ratio". They point to how this pitch can be connected to everything from nautilus shells to the works of the ancients, including the construction of the Great Pyramid.
Studies have shown that listen to the same piece of music in 432Hz has the effect of slowing the heart rate down, lowering the blood pressure and resulted in a "greater satisfaction" of the music when compared to listening to the 440Hz variant.

[15-minute] guided meditation for Anchoring; find your way to relaxation using an anchor point
Easily find your way to relaxation by using the anchoring technique.
In this session, we start by taking the body and mind into a deep state of relaxation. Then, we choose an anchor point, such as the right thumb and use sensations to create a link between the physical and mental state and the anchor point. By practicing this technique, you can become very adept at finding your way into a relaxed state simply by using the spot on your right thumb. It's very handy for when you are facing stressful situations or challenges as this can bring about immediate relief.
