Set to a wonderful piece of soothing music this body scan guided meditation takes you into a deep state of relaxation by giving the brain something to focus on - the body!

Usually our minds like to entertain us with thoughts and feelings of things that are of no consequence during a relaxation, so we give it purpose so that we can gain even more benefits from this exercise.
