This meditation aims to get you to relax the physical self and then bring focus to the breath. Doing this powerfully brings us focus and helps us to stay anchored in the present moment. Although a super simple and basic breathing exercise, it's great at helping us become conscious of how we are breathing, as usually, during our busy days we just take it for granted that our next breath is coming, without paying much heed as to its quality. Try this meditation if you have had a very busy day or simply if you are trying to get focused to do a task.

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply like back, and follow along. Alternatively, feel free to sit and watch the images of our planet Earth.
