Using a deep relaxation to begin with and performing affirmations whilst in this receptive state is very powerful and effective. You'll also gain the benefit of a deep rest and will feel amazing afterwards!

It's easy to lose our confidence and can be hard to find our way back to our old self. This meditation can help you get there by gently inviting you to think in a different way. For maximum benefit, repeat this meditation daily for around 21 days and watch yourself flourish and blossom.

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply like back, and follow along. Alternatively, feel free to sit and watch the beautiful human faces on screen that are here to support you.
