“The Long Slide” by Tucker Carlson— the book review
Who is Tucker Carlson, really? The answer to that question seems dependent on what your political views are, but one thing is certain. Whether he makes you smile, smirk, guffaw, or grimace, Tucker Carlson has made his mark on the media and the popular culture.
Averaging 3 to 4 million viewers per episode, his nightly program Tucker Carlson Tonight is the most-watched in all of cable news. Viewers on television and listeners on satellite radio tune in every weeknight to the show he touts as “the sworn enemy of lying, pomposity, smugness, and groupthink.”
At the heart of the show is Tucker Carlson, a man who is perhaps not fully understood, by even his fans. His seminal work in the media was writing magazine stories. G. Love Interview on The Paul Leslie Hour (audio)
The G. Love Interview is featured on The Paul Leslie Hour.
The blues is quite a musical art form. It’s origins are in the Southeastern United States, but has had an influence that has spread around the world and continues to this day.
This interview was recorded backstage in Atlanta, Georgia. The artist in question is a singer, songwriter, harmonica player and guitarist. Birth name Garrett Dutton, he goes by G. Love and hails from Philadelphia. A serial performer, he’s been known to do around 150 shows per year. As a solo artist and with his group Special Sauce, he’s released more than a dozen albums.
Speaking of the blues, the other day I went to check the mail and was in for a nice surprise. It was the most recent Jack Jones CD, but as I opened the jacket saw the handwriting of Jack Jones himself. He wrote a beautiful inscription. It’s a great album and I really love it. I drove around and listened to it from beginning to end several times. Thank you Jack Jones and thank you to his team.
Now, I’m going to take you back to that hot night where I sat down with G. Love. He was just about to take the stage, but gave me a few minutes. It was a great show and now you can listen to what we talked about. The G. Love interview is right here on The Paul Leslie Hour.

“One Way Ticket” by TxT (a.k.a. The Treatment)— the album review (audio)
“One Way Ticket” by TxT (a.k.a. The Treatment)— the album review
Reviewer: Paul Leslie
You think you’ve seen and heard everything in music, and then along comes an artist like The Treatment. His debut album, “One Way Ticket,” is a captivating ride. It’s not all entertainment, but rather listening gives you the impression that he’s a communicator of the profound. However, that’s not to say he takes himself too seriously.
Being an entertainer is very much a part of the tracks he writes and records. At times it’s deep, philosophical stuff. On “One Way Ticket,” the delivery is smooth and really call the attention of the listener to the lyrics. TxT is saying something with his tracks.

American Marxism by Mark R. Levin, An Audio Review by Paul Leslie
Bestselling author and national radio and television host Mark R. Levin explores the strategic erosion of liberties through open and closeted revolutionaries in his new best-seller American Marxism. Published by Thresholds, a division of Simon & Schuster, it became an immediate #1 bestseller with sales surpassing 400,000 copies in the first week.
American Marxism is not just an evocative title. Levin makes an irrefutable case that radicals not only plotted to devour virtually every institution and facet of American society, but have succeeded in their infiltration.
