Shame is a low vibrational energy aligned with low self worth. Over time shame becomes more deeply embedded in the unconscious mind, making in individual more reactive and less in control of what they might say or do. These wounds do not heal by themselves. Healing at this level of self-disconnection involves getting in touch with the pain and hurt associated with the wound of unworthiness and moving into self-forgiveness of the various judgments associated with it.
