...
Subjects Discussed:
- Anytime you are having a ego judgment centric fear based thought, that is the perfect time to check in on yourself, and shift your mind from the ego to God.
- The more you check in on yourself, the more you will consciously control the thoughts you think and thus the type of day you have.
- You have, through free will, the power to change your internal dialogue.
- The more a judgmental thought lingers throughout the day, the more power it holds over you.
- Ask yourself throughout the day: "What kind of day do I want to experience?" "Are my thoughts supporting that type of day?
- You have the power to experience a hellish or heavenly day by the thoughts you choose to support with your time, focus and energy.
- You are not here to create hell on Earth. You are not here to add darkness to darkness.
- Recall, it is not what happens, but how you choose to react to what happens, that colors your day.
- The more unbearable your day appears, the less you are trusting in God's plan for your life.
- Practice saying "thank you" instead of "why me?"
- Do not judge yourself or others for how we choose to process our pain.
- Compassionate witnessing. Give yourself and others the safe space to grieve.
- Time is for healing.
- Your process is perfect. Feel free to feel your feelings.
- When going into challenging situations, go into it proactively, not reactively. Make your goal peace.
- Are you reacting from a foundation of anger or a foundation of peace. Become aware of generational curses/patterns repeating.
- When an angry thought comes in, stop, invite God in, and allow Him/Love to decide for you. Ask God what to think, say and do, then think, say and do only that.
- Each person the triggers us is allowing us to practice choosing forgiveness over judgment and thus peace over pain.
- Breaking generational curses.
- Respond with love to love and with love to a call for love.
- When you withhold love from another you hurt and poison yourself.
- What you offer another must first flow through you first.
- When someone who triggers you comes to your mind, offer them your love and peace and pray for them instead of judge them.
- Visualize the situation/future meeting turn out peacefully and well
- When anxiety comes in, use such moment to practice judging God more. The more you trust God the more peace you will experience.
- Learn to put your future in God's hands. The more you trust Him the more peace you will have.
- Remind yourself: "I control my thoughts, my thoughts should not be controlling me."

Daily Inspiration: July 28. The Power of Checking in on Yourself Throughout the Day – Condensed Version

When your day does not feel like it is going well for you, remember that thanks to free will, every single moment gives you the opportunity to begin anew. Today, throughout your day, return to the now and ask yourself: “What kind of day am I creating through the thoughts that I am thinking? Are the thoughts, words, emotions, actions and reactions that I am focusing on and supporting assisting me in creating the day that I want?” This quick checking in process helps you take personal responsibility for the type of day you are creating and thus experiencing. It is you who decides where you will place your time, focus and energy. It is you who is responsible for the brushes you use to color your day. It is you who can remove your support (your time, focus and energy) from the thoughts that are not helping you create the day you want.

Today, as often as we can remember to do so, let us take a moment for ourself to see how we are doing. During these moments, let us recall that we are responsible for the thoughts we think. If the thoughts we think are not bringing us the day we want, then we have the power to change our internal dialogue. If we are having anxious thoughts, then let us use such moments to practice placing our trust in the Divine more. If we are having judgmental thoughts, then let use our free will to replace them with forgiving thoughts. If thoughts of anger seem to want to consume us, let us stop and learn to use such moments to choose in alignment with mercy and grace. By continuing to check in on ourself throughout the day, we get to reshape our thoughts so that they can better help us create the day we want and deserve.
