Subjects Discussed:
1 - Not forgiving another is an unconscious way of punishing ourselves by withholding ourself from the state of peace.
2 - Forgive and thus let your past no longer haunt you.
3 - When we forgive another we free ourselves from our own judgments.
4 - Deciding not to forgive another, the ego says, gives you power over others. This is a false power.
5 - The ego wants you to hold unto your judgment, so that it can convince you that you are unworthy and separate from an all-loving Source.
6 - No one takes away your peace, it is only how you define what they say that can take away your peace.
7 - The ego wants you to blame the outer world, this way it unconsciously teaches you that the outside world has power over you.
8 - Take personal responsibility for your peace or pain, by doing so you take your power back from the ego's world.
9 - None of the ego's stories are real or true.
10 - If you forgive your reward is peace because you free yourself from carrying that judgment.
11 - The past is gone it can hurt me not.
12 - The present moment is freed from the past and future, when it is freed from them it becomes the Holy Instant, where the peace can joy of God forever reside.
13 - The ego always answers first and loudest, so do not punish yourself for being out of alignment with the mind of God.
14 - Learn to take personal responsibility for your experience.
15 - Remind yourself, you have free will, I can choose peace instead of this.
16 - When it is hard to forgive another, invite the Holy Spirit to forgive them for you. Ask and you shall receive.
17 - Ask yourself, how is what I am thinking or doing, even if it seems to be hurting me, how is it serving me?
18 - When in doubt, allow/invite the Holy Spirit to lead the way.
19 - Only the thoughts you choose to think bring you peace or pain. Change your thoughts and you will change your world.
20 - Remember that you and Perfection/The Divine have co-designed the journey you are now on, thus it must be perfect for you to help you grow, heal and awaken.
21 - How do you practice self-forgiveness?
22 - When you are lacking self-forgiveness it is your ego/your past programming who has control over your thoughts and thus mind, not the truth in you.
23 - If the Truth in you/the love that God created you to be is in control of your thoughts, it is then that true self-forgiveness can and will be offered.
24 - When you do not forgive yourself its because you have been taught that you are not worthy of peace.
25 - Saying out loud that "I am worthy" begins to help you recall that you are , as God's child and creation, are forever worthy of peace/ the love and companionship of God.
26 - "I am never upset for the reason I think."
27 - What comes before a thought?...Inspiration that comes from the darkness or The light.
28 - People are always doing the best they can with the emotional and spiritual tools they have available to them at that moment.
29 - No longer entertain any thought that come through the darkness, no longer sacrifice your time, focus or energy to it.
30 - The emotional and spiritual hills and valleys of your journey only help you reinforce your free will, strengthen you from the inside out.
31 - You are here to be a light within the darkness.
32 - You don't have to remain with those who are continuously hurting you. You forgive them, but you don't have to remain with them.
33 - When the darkness comes, consciously decline its entry into your kingdom.
34 - Learning to develop more self-loving boundaries.
35 - There is love and a call for love, nothing else.
36 - All lessons are gentle when view through Love's lens. All lessons are hard when you view it through the ego's lens.
37 - God will give you all the tools you need to accomplish what you have come here to do.
38 - Learn to say affirmations out loud. There is power in the sound.

Daily Inspiration: May 5. Taking the First Step Towards Forgiveness – Condensed Version

We have been programmed to believe that being the first to forgive is hard and challenging. But isn’t the weight of judgment that the ego has us carry — the constant thoughts that darken our days and the nights of tossing, turning and losing sleep — a much harder and heavier burden to bear? Sometimes we unconsciously choose the heavier burden of not forgiving because we have bought into the ego’s delusion of guilt. This guilt reinforces in us the idea that we are not worthy of or able to make the choices that will lead us to the state of peace. In essence, not forgiving another becomes an unconscious way of punishing ourself — by withholding peace from ourself...
