I go over some bodyweight exercises that can help with shoulder pain. There are plenty of others that may help, but these are ones I've personally used.
As I note in the video, of COURSE there are possible causes for your shoulder pain that this may not fix. There are too many variables.

You CAN do pushups, my friend!
Anyone can build to a regular full pushup!
The progressions are fairly straight forward:
Wall Pushup - 3 Sets of 50
Incline Pushup - 3 Sets of 40
Kneeling Pushup - 2 Sets of 25
A "set" in this context is how many pushups we do at once. If at any point we get out of the pushup position, the set has ended.

Make Your Fitness Journey FUN
Here's a controversial statement:
Your fitness journey can be fun and easy.
Here's an even more controversial one:
It should be.
Our fitness level just describes our ability to do something.
In the case of physical fitness, it's often defined as our ability to move heavy objects, react quickly, and work for long times.
That's great if you like that kind of thing (I mean... I do), but not everyone does.
Instead of forcing "motivation" to make your body fit for something you don't like, why not choose something you enjoy and center your fitness program around that?
You may dread the idea of using the elliptical machine for hours and hours, but you might enjoy the idea of playing squash with your friends.
The process is simple:
1.) Find a passion or hobby that you like, PREFERABLY something somewhat physical.
2.) Hone your skills at that passion.
That's it.
I know it doesn't sound like a fitness program at all. It doesn't directly cultivate physical fitness.
Instead, it cultivates gumption.
It breeds determination to do the thing you love. You'll naturally want to get better at your craft. Lean into this energy.
For example, you may start playing squash and discover you need to be faster and stronger to improve.
THEN, working out has immediately observable effects. As you get better at your pushups and pullups, your squash game will improve. You won't have to wait months to see if you lose "belly fat" and always be looking in the mirror for incremental changes.
This way is a lot more fun.
Even if what you love is not physical at all, this can work.
Let's say all you want to do watch anime.
Instead of just watching it, write articles, make videos, and join clubs for it. Tell everyone about your theories, favorite parts, and random factoids.
This is not physical in the slightest, but your passion will breed motivation and life.
It'll give you a reason to get out of bed and move because you're doing what you love.
This inherently builds energy. You'd be amazed how much more mental energy you have when your entire life isn't a chore and you liven it up with passion.
THEN, if you choose to explore physical fitness, it'll be much easier to stick to a routine because you have more energy to expend.
Anyone can do this.
Passion and creation is a catalyst for life and ambition.

Fix Your Posture with Calisthenics! - TikTok Compilation
By request, I'll start uploading some TikTok compilations onto YouTube. Not everyone has the TikTok app and some prefer to view it here.
The videos ARE in vertical. I apologize if this bothers you. All TikTok videos are viewed in vertical. If this video does well, I'd be happy to redo the premise by re-filming entirely.
However, YouTube should have immersive vertical view, so if you're on mobile, you should be able to view it in vertical without a problem. Simply hit full-screen and don't turn your phone.
The first video addresses hunched shoulders and underused mid-back muscles with the wall slide.
The second video aims to help fix the all-too-common "tech neck" and rounded shoulders.
The third video gives suggestions on dealing with anterior pelvic tilt! I also touch on the less-common posterior pelvic tilt.
The fourth video gives some stretches to keep our joints healthy and regenerating—very important to good posture!
The fifth video gives some stretches that serve to "warm up" our posture.

LEG RAISES: Rock Solid Abs & Incredible Core Strength
We talk about training the core with a classic exercise: the LEG RAISE or the leg lift.
Like most exercises, there are many kinds of leg raises. Work a version you can do safely and move on after you hit a certain goal of sets and reps. This is progressive calisthenics.
The versions and goals in this video are:
Knee Tucks - 3x40
Knee Raises - 3x40
Bent Leg Raises - 3x35
Leg Raises - 2x25
Hanging Knee Raises - 2x20
Hanging Bent Leg Raises - 2x15
Hanging Leg Raises - 2x25
L-Hold - 6 to 30 seconds.
V-Hold - 6 to 30 seconds.
Hanging V-Hold - 6 to 30 seconds.
I also discuss some thoughts on modern ab training. I think there is an overemphasis on "abs" which are only one muscle in our powerful MIDSECTION. Our midsection muscles are designed to work together like a strong chain. Isolation exercises like crunches often serve to strengthen the abs (rectus abdominis), which is only one link. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, so this is not dissimilar to stalling one steel link in a chain of plastic ones.
I also give tips for overall leg raises:
1.) Inhale on the way down, and exhale on the way up. Exhalation makes our abs contract a bit more.
2.) Suck in your stomach during leg raises to work the transverse abdominis. A weak transversus often results in hernias. Envision bringing your belly button closer to your spine.
3.) Don't eat an hour or two before your leg raises. In my experience, you can feel the food in your stomach and it can be somewhat uncomfortable.
4.) Go slow. Resist the urge to "bang em out" and do lots and lots of leg raises. Aim for quality over quantity. Exercise momentum only makes us weaker (in this case).
5.) Stretch your hamstrings beforehand if you are especially stiff. Otherwise, progressive leg raises also work as a stretch on your hamstrings and even your entire posterior chain (the muscles "behind" you like your back, hamstrings, and glutes).

Full-Body HOME WORKOUT - No Gym Needed - Follow Along
I know a lot of people are panicking that the gyms are closed. Here's a quick follow-along calisthenics workout to maintain or increase your fitness. I'm a very thorough person, so I spend some time explaining the exercises and giving tips. If you want to go right to the exercises, I offer a timecode: 2:15
Here are the exercises:
Pushups - 2 Sets of 20
Leg Lifts - 2 Sets of 30
Squats - 2 Sets of 25
Bridges - 2 Sets of 9
Pullups - 2 Sets of 9
Wall Handstand - 2 Sets of 30 seconds
If you can't hit the repetitions, just do as many as you can. Thanks for watching!

Wall Pushups ➡️ One-Arm Pushups: Here's how.
In this video, I break down how Double Progression Calisthenics can used to scale pushups from very easy to very difficult.
Here are the progressions used and the goals:
Therapy:
Wall Pushups (3 x 50)
Chest High Incline Pushups (3 x 40)
Fitness:
Hip High Incline Pushups (2 x 35)
Kneeling Pushups (2 x 30)
Full Pushups (2 x 25)
Strength:
Arrowhead Pushups (2 x 25)
Archer Pushups (2 x 20)
One-Arm Pushups (2 x 9)
Serpent Pushups (2 x 9)

Double Progression Calisthenics // Hybrid Calisthenics Fitness Course Video #2
Double Progression Strength Training is the the most prevalent modality for increasing strength.
People who train with gym machines or free weights usually progress in 2 ways:
1.) Number of Repetitions
2.) The Amount of Weight
After they hit a certain amount of repetition with a preset weight (say, 5 benchpress 200-lb repetitions), they increase the weight.
With Double Progression Calisthenics, it's very similar. We progress with:
1.) The Number of Repetitions
2.) The Difficulty of Exercise
The primary difference is that weight trainers often increase the weight they can lift in ideal positions. This represents good technique because, all else equal, they can lift more at the same strength level.
In Progressive Calisthenics, we seek the opposite to progress: to find angles and positions in which our body is weak and strengthen those.
To use an obvious example, one-arm pushups are harder than regular pushups.
We've changed the pushing mechanism to make it harder on ourselves.
