You CAN do pushups, my friend!

Anyone can build to a regular full pushup!

The progressions are fairly straight forward:

Wall Pushup - 3 Sets of 50
Incline Pushup - 3 Sets of 40
Kneeling Pushup - 2 Sets of 25

A "set" in this context is how many pushups we do at once. If at any point we get out of the pushup position, the set has ended.
