Full-Body HOME WORKOUT - No Gym Needed - Follow Along

I know a lot of people are panicking that the gyms are closed. Here's a quick follow-along calisthenics workout to maintain or increase your fitness. I'm a very thorough person, so I spend some time explaining the exercises and giving tips. If you want to go right to the exercises, I offer a timecode: 2:15

Here are the exercises:

Pushups - 2 Sets of 20
Leg Lifts - 2 Sets of 30
Squats - 2 Sets of 25
Bridges - 2 Sets of 9
Pullups - 2 Sets of 9
Wall Handstand - 2 Sets of 30 seconds

If you can't hit the repetitions, just do as many as you can. Thanks for watching!
