Let’s talk about the incredible health benefits of clove.
Clove is natural, and there is a lot of interesting research on using it to promote a healthy body. One of the most common ways to use clove is as a numbing agent for a toothache.
The essential oil in clove called eugenol produces many benefits. But it also contains a lot of other phytonutrients.
You can use clove oil or simply chew and swallow a piece of clove. You can also use clove oil topically on the scalp for fungus or pathogens. It may even help reduce the toxicity created as a byproduct of fungus.
Clove may help enhance the effects of an antibiotic, allowing you to use lower amounts of it.
Clove oil may also help inhibit H. pylori and improve peptic ulcers, gastritis, indigestion, gas, and bloating.
A certain phytonutrient in clove is an MAO inhibitor. MAO inhibitors are used as antidepressants. Clove even has anti-inflammatory effects, and data shows it has anticancer properties.
Clove is relatively safe, but consuming too much clove oil could create a toxic effect. You should avoid clove if you are allergic to it or are pregnant or lactating.

0:10 What is argyria?
1:07 The best colloidal silver
1:44 Colloidal silver benefits
In this video, I want to talk to you about a question I got from a viewer: will colloidal silver turn me blue?
There’s a condition called argyria, which is when your skin turns blue when exposed to silver. This is a very rare condition, and very few cases are ever reported.
If you buy colloidal silver from a reputable company and you use the recommended amount, you’re not going to turn blue. I have never seen even one side effect of colloidal silver. Instead, you will likely benefit from it significantly. I keep colloidal silver on hand at home.
There are many applications and benefits of colloidal silver:
1. Antiviral
2. Antibacterial
3. Anti-fungal
4. Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
5. Wounds/burns
6. Nebulizer-lung
7. Eat infection
8. Anti-parasitic
9. Throat spray
10. Mouth herpes
11. Warts
12. Nose spray
Keep in mind that colloidal silver is not meant to replace any medical care. Speak to your doctor about using colloidal silver.

The Huge Benefits of Just 11 Minutes of Exercise a Day

3:45 The best time to exercise
4:38 The best type of exercise
6:12 Other ways to support longevity
7:35 Learn more about the dangers of inactivity!
Two of the top benefits of exercise include lowering your risk for certain diseases and increasing your longevity—and it doesn’t take much exercise to achieve this.
The more fitness you have in your reserve, the more you can counter stress and the more flexibility you can have with your eating plan.
The benefits of walking just two to two and a half hours a week can lower your mortality rate by 20 percent. Exercising just 11 minutes a day can lower your mortality rate by 10 percent.
Doing three to four short bouts of intense exercise can lower your mortality rate by 40 percent. Eleven bouts of short, intense exercise may lower the risk of cardiovascular disease by 65 percent and cancer by 49 percent. A 10 to 59-minute workout once a week, every week, can decrease your mortality rate by 18 percent.
Exercise even supports the mitochondria and helps balance healthy blood sugar levels.
Going for a walk after eating may help burn any carbohydrates you eat. But it’s also important to find a form of exercise you enjoy so you won’t procrastinate doing it.
Setting a timer and breaking up your day with scheduled small bursts of exercise may be extremely beneficial for your health.
A heart rate variability device is a useful tool to help you figure out your fitness level, when you should and shouldn’t exercise, and how long you should exercise. Using a sauna, intermittent fasting, and getting out in nature may also help increase your longevity.

Dr. Berg's Survey Results Are Done: Here It Is!
LINK TO DONATE HERE: https://anh-usa.org/free-speech-4-health/
Over 50,000 of you filled out a survey regarding YouTube’s radical new change to suppress alternative viewpoints on health. Here are the results.
0:00 Introduction: Thank you for filling out this survey!
0:20 Summarizing the YouTube censorship survey
5:32 YouTube’s reply
6:14 What can we do?
Thank you so much for filling out the censorship survey. I really appreciate it—your opinions are so valuable to me.
Over 50,000 people filled out this survey. The great majority of people overwhelmingly disagreed with this new change YouTube has made. People want to choose their own health journey, and they don’t need someone else to choose it for them.
This is very important to people because they want to have alternative options to look into—natural, non-toxic options.
People trust a reliable source of information for their health. A reliable source should have knowledge and experience in the subject. But, the great majority of medical professionals don’t have experience with the ketogenic diet, alternative healthcare, or nutrition.
There is a large organization called the Alliance for Natural Health that is committed to fighting against free speech on health. This is an organization I’m happy to get behind, and I encourage you to do so as well.
This is something that affects everyone. If you’re able to, consider donating to this cause. We need your help to fight this battle.

5:45 Intermittent fasting vs. calorie restriction

11:22 Metabolic confusion diet
13:28 Learn more about the best diet for stubborn weight!
Let’s talk about why it’s so difficult for some people to lose weight and keep it off.
Dieting is similar to famine. If you have difficulty losing weight because you’ve dieted for many years, your body is likely compensating for survival purposes.
You don’t have a slow metabolism—you have an enhanced metabolic efficiency. Once you understand the right problem, you can attack it with a better solution.
People who restrict calories are more susceptible to nutrient deficiencies, which can affect their hormones. Your body can also adapt to lower amounts of calories, causing it to burn less fat, making it harder to lose weight.
Intermittent fasting differs from calorie restriction for a few reasons. When done correctly, you have less hunger and fewer cravings with intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting also has unique health benefits that you can't get with a calorie-restrictive diet.
It’s important to do the Healthy Keto® diet along with intermittent fasting so you don’t create imbalances in the body.
You also adapt your body to run on ketones when you do intermittent fasting. This is a situation where you’re burning your own fat. Even though you might indirectly reduce your calories by consuming fewer meals, your body still burns fat fuel.
If you do calorie restriction without going low-carb, you could easily find yourself in a situation where you can't tap into your fat. Instead, you may tap into your muscles because your carbs and insulin are too high. If you have high insulin, you can’t burn fat.
I don’t consider the Healthy Keto plan and intermittent fasting a diet because you can easily do this long-term. This is a lifestyle change that doesn’t even feel like a diet.
Healthy Keto and intermittent fasting have incredible benefits to support your health and weight loss. But, if you find it difficult to do the Healthy Keto diet, you may want to try the metabolic confusion diet for a little while until you feel ready to take on the Healthy Keto diet with intermittent fasting.

Let’s talk about the interesting benefits of lemons that you may have never heard before.
Many people know fresh lemons contain citrates, which lower the risk of kidney stones. They may also know that lemons are rich in vitamin C. But another secret weapon lemons have is called flavonoids. Flavonoids have powerful, wide-ranging effects.
One specific flavonoid in lemons can help remove fat from the liver, balance lipids in the liver, and support healthy blood sugar levels. It also helps protect the integrity of the capillaries.
Other potential health benefits of lemons:
• They may help with bleeding gums
• They help support peripheral circulation
• They may help with hyperglycemia
• They may help improve HDL
• They may help lower LDL
• They may help lower the risk of chronic venous insufficiency
• They contain potent anti-inflammatory compounds and may help with arthritis, fibrosis, and clotting
• They may help decrease glycation
• They may help reduce insulin resistance
• They have a profound effect on diabetic cardiomyopathy
• They are neuroprotective
• They have antimicrobial properties
To maximize the benefits of consuming lemons, you can make a simple drink using the whole lemon rather than just lemon juice.
Try blending one whole lemon with 12 ounces of water and a few drops of stevia or my Electrolyte Powder for a delicious, healthy lemon drink. You can also add apple cider vinegar for additional benefits. For best results, enjoy this drink in the mornings.

0:15 Chad’s cancer story
19:10 Chad’s life before cancer
24:15 Key points
I hope you will all help me welcome Chad Hodge, who I had the great opportunity to interview.
In this fascinating interview, Chad shares his cancer story. Chad was diagnosed with a very rare 15 cm or roughly 6-inch lung tumor.
Although the doctor was determined to do what he could for Chad, due to the size of the tumor, the prognosis wasn’t promising.
He started following our unique cancer protocol along with fasting and chemotherapy. Doctors were very impressed with his success and couldn’t believe how he beat the odds throughout his journey.
I hope his story inspires and gives hope to those of you who have cancer and helps educate those of you who want to prevent cancer.

4:34 Learn more about how much salad you should be consuming and why!
Today, I want to share six delicious homemade salad dressings that are actually good for you.
It’s difficult to find healthy salad dressings at the store that don’t contain sugar or oils high in omega-6 fatty acids.
The salad dressings I’m going to share have unique health benefits. Of course, salad has a lot of important benefits, but choosing the right salad dressing can take it to the next level.
Here’s how to make salad dressing at home.
You will use a simple base of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar for each of these salad dressings.
Add this base to a 16-ounce jar and keep it in your refrigerator. Each time you have a salad, add a quarter cup to half a cup of this base to a bowl, add your spices, mix it up, and pour it on your salad.
Ingredients for the salad dressing base:
1/3 cup (2.5 ounces) extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup (2 ounces) apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons (1 ounce) lemon juice
Apple cider vinaigrette dressing:
1 tablespoon mustard
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 pinch sea salt
1 dash pepper
French-style dressing:
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried lavender
1 pinch ground pepper
Italian-style dressing:
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 pinch crushed red pepper
Mediterranean-style dressing:
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
1/4 teaspoon sumac
1 pinch sea salt
Asian-style dressing:
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed peppercorn
A splash of tamari
Indian-style dressing:
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of dried cardamom

The FIRST Sign of a Magnesium Deficiency Is... (Dr. Berg Explains)
Sixty-eight percent of people in the US don’t get the required amounts of magnesium from their diet. Learn more about magnesium deficiency and why magnesium is so important.

0:00 Introduction: Magnesium deficiency

4:23 The best sources of magnesium
5:53 Magnesium supplements to avoid
6:09 Other causes of magnesium deficiency
7:18 Learn more about how much salad you should be consuming!
Today, I want to cover the first sign of magnesium deficiency. Many people don’t get enough magnesium from their diet, not to mention other factors that deplete magnesium.
Magnesium is a cofactor involved in 350 enzymes. A cofactor is something that is required by an enzyme to work.
Symptoms of magnesium deficiency:
• Cramping
• Twitching
• Arrhythmia
• Osteoporosis
• Osteomalacia
• Insulin resistance
• Insomnia
• High cortisol
• Depression
However, the number one symptom of magnesium deficiency is fatigue.
The top cause of low magnesium is not consuming enough magnesium in the diet. Foods rich in magnesium are vegetables and leafy greens.
Consuming large salads is a great way to get the magnesium you need. But you can also take a magnesium supplement. If you do take a supplement, consider magnesium glycinate.
Other causes of magnesium deficiency:
1. Refined foods
2. Fructose
3. Alcohol
4. Certain medications

3:35 How to quit sugar
4:37 Learn more about how to stop eating sugar and transition to keto!
Is sugar bad for you? Yes! Let’s talk about why.
Sugar has been heavily studied, and it’s been concluded that a high amount of added sugar is significantly associated with 45 negative health effects.
Some of the potential side effects of sugar consumption include:
• Diabetes
• Asthma
• Depression
• Stroke
• Heart attack
• Gout
• Hypertension
• Dementia
• Cancer
• Early death
Even if you don’t have a weight problem, it’s crucial for your health to cut down your sugar intake. Forty percent of people with normal weight have metabolic syndrome.
Metabolic syndrome includes high blood glucose, fatty liver, and high cholesterol. Sugar is very toxic—fructose may be as toxic as alcohol.
When you eat sugar, you’re supporting the harmful sugar industry. On top of that, you’re destroying your body.
Switching to keto-friendly desserts and sugar-free chocolate is a great way to transition off of a high-sugar diet.

8:32 Learn more about the dark side of zinc!
Let’s talk about zinc. Zinc is involved in 300 different enzymes and over 1000 factors related to DNA.
Zinc is involved in your sleep cycles, cognitive function, and making neurotransmitters. Having low zinc increases your risk of diabetes.
Zinc also makes up an important group of antioxidants involved with your brain, heart, and muscles. It even helps reduce oxidative stress involved with the mitochondria.
Instead of masking a symptom related to zinc deficiency or any other health issue, it's crucial to get to the deeper problem to help prevent further concerns. Learning how to support a healthy body and avoid health issues or recognize the early stages of one is much more simple than trying to fight a health problem.
Side effects of advanced zinc deficiency can include:
• Loss of appetite
• Necrosis
• Ulcers
• Hypogonadism
• Low testosterone
• Thymus atrophy
• High cortisol
• Muscle loss
The organ that is most affected by zinc deficiency is the pancreas. The most common early sign of zinc deficiency is foul-smelling stool that floats.
Other early signs of zinc deficiency include:
• Shortness of breath upon exertion
• Cramping
• Diarrhea
• Abdominal pain
• Bloating
Top causes of zinc deficiency:
• Lack of zinc in the diet
• Malabsorption
• Inflammation in the gut
• Phytates or phytic acid (grains)
• Consuming sugar
• Diabetes
• Stress
• Drinking alcohol
• Infection
Foods rich in zinc:
1. Oysters
2. Crab
3. Other shellfish
4. Meats
5. Fish
6. Nuts

Potential benefits of Mounjaro include supporting healthy blood sugar levels and weight loss and improving insulin resistance and A1C.
Mounjaro may work, but it’s very expensive and can have serious side effects. Mounjaro also doesn’t correct the root cause of blood sugar problems or weight gain. You have to keep taking the medication for it to work.

• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Constipation
• Gastroparesis
• Abdominal pain
• Dizziness
• Lethargy
• Low blood sugar
• Kidney disease
• Retinopathy
There are fantastic natural alternatives to Mounjaro that you can take advantage of long-term. Overall, this is a healthy lifestyle change instead of a short-term, very expensive drug approach.

Does Biotin (or Biotin Shampoo) Really Work for Hair Loss?
Does biotin shampoo work? Learn more about biotin and how to promote healthy hair and skin naturally.
DATA:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10524353/
0:00 Introduction: Does biotin promote healthy hair?

0:40 What does biotin do?
2:12 Foods high in biotin
2:48 Biotin deficiency causes
4:05 Does biotin shampoo work?
5:10 Signs of a biotin deficiency
5:43 Learn more about hair loss!
Let’s talk about biotin for hair and skin. You may have even noticed biotin shampoo for hair loss—does it really work?
Biotin is vitamin B7. Biotin is especially important for pregnant women and children. A deficiency of biotin in a pregnant mother could lead to malformations in the growth and development of the child.
Biotin acts as a coenzyme in the formation of proteins. There are a lot of different fats and proteins that make up body tissue. It’s a helper enzyme in the formation of myelin, hair, and skin.
The microbes in the large intestine make just as much biotin as you get from your diet. But, the majority of biotin you get from your diet is not in a free form—the biotin made by your microbes is. Anything that destroys your microbes, especially antibiotics, can have a negative effect on biotin.
The RDA for biotin is not fully agreed upon, and it’s difficult to get biotin from your diet. However, a few foods rich in biotin are egg yolks, liver, kidneys, and certain cheeses.
The top causes of biotin deficiency are:
• Raw egg whites
• The keto diet (causes the demand for biotin to increase)
• Anti-seizure medication
• Smoking
• Alcohol
• Lowered stomach acid
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• High amounts of exercise
• Age
• Genetic issues
If you’re experiencing symptoms like keto rash, hair thinning, or hair loss on keto, it could be because of a lack of biotin in the diet.
A subclinical deficiency in biotin could lead to thinning hair, hair loss, or skin rashes. However, symptoms of a major biotin deficiency can be more severe.
Symptoms of a biotin deficiency:
• Alopecia
• Eczema
• Seizures
• Candida
• Depression
Biotin cream or shampoo can be absorbed through the skin and may be beneficial for a subclinical biotin deficiency. You may also want to include biotin in your diet and even take a supplement form.

In this video, we're going to talk about colon cancer (colorectal cancer) and what I would do to help prevent colon cancer or prevent it from coming back.
Colon cancer prevention tips:
1. Consume foods that are high in CLA (conjugated linoleic acid).
CLA is the only natural fatty acid that the National Academy of Sciences accepts for having consistent anti-tumor properties.
CLA is high in certain foods, such as:
• Grass-fed red meat
• Grass-fed dairy
2. Consume fermented vegetables and fermented dairy
Fermented vegetables and dairy have shown significant anti-cancer properties in animal studies. You may want to consume fermented vegetables on a regular basis with each meal.
Fermented foods to consume:
• Kefir
• Kimchi
• Cucumbers (pickles)
• Cabbage (sauerkraut)
• Olives
3. Take probiotics
Probiotics have an effect on cancer cells that is called apoptosis. Basically, they cause cancer cells to commit suicide. Probiotics are very important to take regularly.
4. Do fasting
Fasting is probably the most important thing on this list. Fasting has a direct inhibitory effect on colorectal cancer. Fasting also gives the GI tract a chance to reset. It also causes the natural probiotic microorganisms in your gut to increase in diversity. They thrive and become stronger. It's important to note that 70-80% of your immune system is in your gut.
5. Get plenty of fiber
Fiber turns into SCFA, which can directly inhibit the growth of colon cancer. But, don't get your fiber from grains or from a powder. Get your fiber from vegetables instead, such as low-starch leafy greens.
6. Consume vegetables
Vegetables have strong anti-cancer effects because they contain phytonutrients. Vegetables can significantly decrease the risk of colon cancer.

Breast Cancer in Men
Breast cancer in men is a trending situation, and we need to talk about it.

0:00 Introduction: Breast cancer in men
0:20 Male breast cancer risk factors
2:37 Protective foods against estrogen
2:55 Share your success story!
Male breast cancer is becoming more common. 1 out of 100 breast cancer cases diagnosed in the United States involves men.
Risk factors for breast cancer in men:
1. Medications that involve estrogen
• For example, certain treatments for the prostate.
2. Radiation
• Radiation from x-rays or cat scans involving the breast tissue can increase your risk.
3. Cirrhosis of the liver
• This advanced scar tissue of the liver can cause your androgens to decrease and your estrogen to increase. A healthy liver is also needed to detoxify excess estrogen.
4. Alcohol
• Alcoholic beverages, like beer, can increase estrogen.
5. Being overweight
• Fatty tissue is like a magnet for estrogen.
6. Plastic chemicals
7. Soy
• If you consume non-certified organic soy, you’re being exposed to hexane, which is a neurotoxin. There are also other things in soy that can increase your estrogen levels. Soy can be found in many vegetarian foods, fake meats, protein bars, diet shakes, and textured vegetable protein. You should also avoid soy protein isolates, and soy protein concentrates.
**Cruciferous vegetables are the best protective foods against estrogen. Be sure to consume these on a regular basis and do what you can to avoid things that will increase your estrogen levels, like soy.

0:00 Introduction: Cancer rates in the Middle East
0:46 Cancer rates around the world
1:55 Why does the Middle East have low cancer rates?
8:52 Why aren't the cancer rates even lower?
10:40 Thanks for watching!
The Middle East has the lowest cancer rates in the world. Today, we're going to talk about why.
People in the Middle East consume a lot of sugar, and sugar feeds cancer. But, even though diabetes is common in the Middle East, cancer is not.
Countries with high rates of cancer:
1. Australia
2. Ireland
3. Hungary
4. the United States
Why the Middle East has low rates of cancer:
1. Many people participate in fasting (Ramadan)
Benefits of fasting for lowering the risk of cancer:
• Fasting starves cancer
• Fasting stimulates autophagy
• Fasting generates new immune cells
• Fasting helps decrease inflammation
• Fasting increases antioxidant networks in the body
2. Many people consume certain spices with anti-cancer and anti-tumor properties, such as:
• Turmeric
• Saffron
• Cardamom
• Nutmeg
• Caraway
• Cinnamon
• Coriander
Other foods popular in the Middle East that have anti-cancer properties:
• Black seeds
• Olive oil
• Dill
• Sesame seeds
• Dates
3. There is low tobacco usage among women in the Middle East
• Smoking tobacco, chewing tobacco, and vaping are linked to cancer
4. Alcohol is prohibited in most areas of the Middle East
• Drinking alcohol increases the risk of six different types of cancer
Potential reasons why the cancer rates in the Middle East aren't even lower:
• High consumption of sugar and high-fructose corn syrup
• A high rate of obesity
• High rates of people with low vitamin D
• Polymorphism

There are certain things you need to do before, during, and after your workout—especially as you get older. That's what we're going to cover today.
It’s no surprise that there is an association between a lack of exercise and many different health concerns.
One of the biggest benefits of exercise is that it increases the mitochondria. Various diseases are related to mitochondrial dysfunction, including cancer. Exercise also increases stem cells, which can turn into just about anything your body needs.
Exercise helps reduce stress, balance blood sugar levels, supports sleep, and has many other incredible health benefits.
The four variables of exercise:
1. Duration
2. Intensity
3. Recovery
4. Frequency
You need to give your body time to recover, not just between workouts but also during workouts. It's important to rest between four to five minutes between each set.
This will allow your body to replenish ATP and help you train with maximum power. Intensity is key with exercise. Focus on higher intensity with more sets and lots of recovery. Many of the benefits of exercise also occur one to two days later during sleep.
Just a small amount of refined carbs can nullify the benefits of exercise. However, if you have diabetes or insulin resistance and are trying to build muscle on the keto diet, you can increase your carbs to 50 grams per day. The type of carbohydrates you can consume are berries and protein.
Other essential tips to increase the benefits from your workouts and support recovery:
1. Do high-intensity interval training (HIIT)
2. Come to a full stop vs. active recovery during HIIT workouts
3. Put more focus on eccentric motions (elongating the muscles)
4. Do contrasting therapy after you exercise
5. Build up to exercising during a fasting state (eat one to two hours after a workout)
6. Consume enough salt and electrolytes (consume electrolyte powder if needed)
7. Consume red meat, eggs, and high-quality cheese
8. Don’t exercise over soreness and focus on sleep instead
9. Take copper before bed to enhance sleep

1:30 What converts cancer cells into normal cells?
4:33 Understanding cancer cells
5:45 Something to add to your cancer protocol
8:50 Learn more about methylene blue!
All cancer cells start out as normal cells. Today we’re going to dive into what causes normal cells to convert to cancer cells.
Your mitochondria take food and convert it into ATP, which is the energy currency of the cells.
Your mitochondria also store electrons. In the mitochondria, you have an electron transport chain. This mechanism is involved in converting food into ATP—it contributes to energy.
The fourth complex is the last phase of the electron transportation mechanism. Dysfunction with the fourth complex triggers the conversion of a normal cell to a cancer cell.
Once a cell has converted into a cancer cell, it can no longer produce oxygen. At this point, as a survival mechanism, your body adapts to survive without this oxygen.
This is a new viewpoint on cancer—that cancer cells are essentially cells that adapt to survive in an environment without oxygen. Another word for a lack of oxygen is hypoxia.
There is also a gene involved in the conversion of a normal cell to a cancer cell called hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF-1 alpha). It’s also involved in hypoxia. So a lack of oxygen is involved in the switching mechanism of a normal cell to a cancer cell.
I’ve talked in other videos about different cancer strategies and things to include in your cancer protocol. But, there is an additional thing that you should consider adding to this protocol, and it’s called methylene blue.
Methylene blue is like a sponge that soaks up electrons, and it specifically targets that fourth complex and bypasses it so you can make oxygen and ATP again.
Methylene blue may be beneficial in low doses and should be diluted in water. You would also want the USP-grade methylene blue. Talk to your doctor about methylene blue for cancer.

6:35 What causes cancer?
11:12 Learn more about EMF!
Today we’re going to talk about cancer, and I’m going to cover some interesting things that many people don’t know cause cancer.
Top causes of cancer most people are unaware of:
1. Chronic inflammation
2. Chronic stress
3. Loneliness and social isolation
4. Bereavement
5. Chronic depression
6. Chronic lack of sleep
7. Chronic exposure to EMFs
The theory that mutated genes cause cancer has been studied for a long time. This model has fueled much research, but we’re not seeing the results we’d like with current cancer treatments.
While genetic mutations are involved, other research suggests that these mutations develop after cancer has initiated. This research also suggests that the location of the cancer is not in the genes but originates in the mitochondria instead.
An interesting experiment tells us that environment and lifestyle are ultimately behind cancer. But, you can actively and aggressively counter activators of cancer. For example, you can change your diet, exercise, avoid EMFs, and be more aware of your environment and how it affects your health.

The POTASSIUM Epidemic: Dr. Berg Explains Symptoms, Signs, Diet, Causes, and Treatment
Learn why you need such high amounts of potassium to support a healthy body.
DATA:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26948054/
https://www.mayoclinicproceedings.org/article/S0025-6196(16)00047-1/fulltext

0:48 Potassium RDAs
3:03 Potassium supplements
3:30 Potassium deficiency
3:50 Potassium deficiency symptoms
4:47 Potassium deficiency causes
8:15 My potassium challenge
8:38 Learn more about potassium!
Let’s talk about the importance of potassium and what can happen if you don’t get enough.
Your body requires a lot of potassium. The daily requirement for potassium is 4700 mg.
Potassium is important for the sodium-potassium pump. The sodium-potassium pump is like a battery for your cells.
Vegetables are the best source of potassium. One cup of leafy greens provides between 500 and 800 mg of potassium. If you consumed five to ten cups of vegetables daily, you would get plenty of potassium. In comparison, a banana only provides about 300 mg of potassium. Bananas also contain a lot of fructose.
Unfortunately, the average person is not getting enough potassium from their diet—and potassium supplements typically only give you up to 99 mg of potassium per tablet.
Potassium deficiency is often overlooked. It’s difficult to diagnose, and symptoms of a potassium deficiency are sometimes vague. Early symptoms often include difficulty breathing, fatigue, and heart palpitations.
A more severe deficiency in potassium can lead to the following:
• High blood pressure
• Increased risk of stroke
• Fluid retention or edema
• Bone loss
• Kidney stones
Causes of potassium deficiency that go beyond a lack of potassium in the diet can include:
• Penicillin
• Diuretics
• Steroids
• Chronic stress
• High insulin (high-carb diet)
• Refined or processed foods
Even the keto diet and prolonged fasting can lead to a potassium deficiency if not done correctly. You will lose potassium as you lose water weight on keto. Consuming enough potassium on keto and taking a potassium supplement while doing a prolonged fast is crucial.
Eating too much too quickly after a prolonged fast or consuming too many carbs after a prolonged fast can also cause a severe potassium deficiency, which can be dangerous.
My challenge for you is to start consuming a lot of foods high in potassium, like leafy greens, for one week and see how you feel. I think you're going to notice a big difference.

1:32 Why red meat is the best protein for healing
3:30 Benefits of red meat
8:13 What to do if you have problems digesting red meat
10:23 Discover the best protein sources for certain health conditions!
Today, I want to cover the best food to support healing and repair: red meat. Not only does red meat have the most protein, but it also has some other amazing benefits.
Other types of protein, like eggs and salmon, are beneficial—but red meat is the best to support healing.
Of all the things needed for the repair or healing process, amino acids are among the most important.
Red meat is more bioavailable and is a more concentrated source of amino acids than other types of protein. It also contains more iron, magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, vitamin K, and omega-3 fatty acids than eggs.
This doesn’t include processed meat from factory farms. It’s crucial to get high-quality grass-fed, grass-finished red meat.
Red meat also contains four important additional nutrients for healing, repair, and recovery:
1. Carnitine
2. Creatine
3. Carnosine
4. Coenzyme Q10
People who have difficulty digesting red meat typically have low stomach acid. Even if you don’t like the taste of red meat, it may be because you have low stomach acid.
Betaine hydrochloride may be beneficial to help strengthen your stomach acid. You can try taking three to five betaine hydrochloride supplements before a meal for about one month.
However, if you tend to have excess iron, red meat may not be for you. Instead, you could try consuming more poultry or eggs.
