How to Make Pretzel Bites
2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
7/8 to 1 cup warm water*
*Use the greater amount in the winter, the lesser amount in the summer, and somewhere in between in the spring and fall. Your goal is a soft dough.
To make the topping
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons baking soda

Delicious Peanut Butter Recipe from Disney Cruise Line
Yields 8 servings
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter (I always use all natural)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened (you can use reduced fat or regular)

French Toast Roll ups. The recipe came from Blogilates but I made a few substitutions.
2 slices Ezekiel bread ( you can use any clean-eating bread you choose. If you don’t follow a gluten-free diet, breads made with whole grains can also be substituted.)

1/4 cup warm water (about 110 degrees)
2 1/4 tsp (1 pkg) yeast
1/3 cup whole milk (I use plain unsweetened Almond milk)
1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar (I use and highly recommend either sugar in the raw or organic sugar)
6 tbsp (84 g) unsalted butter
3/4 tsp salt
1 large egg2 – 2/12 cups (260 – 325 g) all-purpose flour. place 1/2 of this flour in a separate bowl because it will be added as needed to adjust consistency (I use whole wheat pastry flour)
Crumb Topping
3/4 cup (150 g) light brown sugar (I use coconut palm sugar)
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar (Again, I recommend either sugar in the raw or organic sugar)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 sticks (340 g) softened unsalted butter
3/4 cups cake flour (I use whole wheat pastry flour)
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

How To Make Chocolate Candy (dairy free and vegan)

1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
4 tablespoons raw food grade cocoa butter melted (coconut oil will work too but has a coconut flavor)
1/4-1/2 cup Maple Syrup. (You could use raw honey instead but it won’t be vegan. Regardless of which sweetener you use, adjust the amount to your particular taste. You might want to add more or use less.)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
**If you prefer to use sugar, grind up the sugar first in a food processor until it is powdery and then add it in so it will blend in without being gritty. Don’t use confectioners sugar (also known as powdered sugar, 10X, and icing sugar) because that has cornstarch in it and it will ruin your chocolate.
Optional: flavor extracts, peanut butter, nuts, cocoa nibs, raisins, etc. (To make chocolate mint add in mint extract.)

How to Make Gingerbread Chocolate Chip Cookies

10 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened (for a vegan version, use Earth Balance baking sticks)
100g granulated sugar (I used organic, raw sugar and ground it up a bit in a food processor so it dissolved into the cookie better when baking)
108g light brown sugar (For clean eating substitute Coconut Sugar)
6 Tbsp molasses (I prefer blackstrap molasses but any will do. Some are more mild in taste then others. You could try half honey and half molasses too.)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
Pinch of ground cloves
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
260g all purpose flour (I used whole wheat pastry flour)
1 1/2C (263g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (Cane sweetened chocolate chips for clean eating)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
