1 1/4 cups (120 g) almond flour
2 tablespoons (16g) coconut flour (If you don’t have coconut flour, oat flour or whole wheat flour can be used but there will be a little more carbs per serving.)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
4 tablespoons (57 g) melted butter
1/2 cup (113 g) buttermilk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 to 2 tablespoons water, optional
