Easy to make, healthy and delicious Apple Banana Smoothie
5 raw almonds
1 red apple
1 banana (I like to use frozen bananas but that’s optional)
3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

OPTIONAL: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
