Winnipeggers: Episode 28 – The Ville!
First up! Dave Spivak debuts the brand-new dsp merch stand (prices not included)! Then onto the fan mail (all four of ‘em)!
And finally… the real purpose of this insane episode: The Village Inn (aka The Ville) was a whimsical (aka shithole), mystical (aka rundown AF) place that served as a bowling alley, billiards hall, strip club, arcade, hotel/motel, and bar in the Winnipeggers’ suburban neighborhood where the threesome would hang out (not bowling or playing pool). The stories are as crazy as The Ville itself – fake IDs, strip offs, pinball wizards, tough guys, and drinking.
Plus, the guys talk Golden Girls and golden showers, and of course a Dave rant is included. This time about the lack of dishwasher etiquette at his house (WTF?!).

Winnipeggers: Episode 27 – Worst Gigs Ever
First up, fan Mail. That means you’ll finally find out why Rybo isn’t on social media. And then there are the worst gigs ever. Dave Spivak is still wondering what went wrong with his Jimmy Page air band performance? And Rybo explains what happens when your backing track skips during a live performance and you lose a sequencer! (Chant along with us, “Dead air! Dead air! Dead air!”). And Jericho has a couple involving a packed soup kitchen, a pool hall, and an unintentional speed metal show.
Plus, you definitely want to stick to the very end because Dave may possibly be adding another “worst gig ever” to his illustrious list in those final moments.

Guess who’s ranting against Facebook food posts, the work “Yasss!,” and Fuck spelled with an “A,” and who has issues with “LOL,” and which Winnipegger wants to give the world a grammar lesson! There may or may not be problems with eating during pitches, people standing in lines, and oblivious pedestrians.

And does “Wonderful Christmastime” by Sir Paul McCartney fall under “pro” or “con”? Plus, there are stories about Christmas Eve shopping at the local gas station and 7-11, the evil perils of Eggnog, butter tarts, holiday breakups, fruitcake cancel culture, and ugly Christmas sweater parties!

Winnipeggers: Episode 22 - Rock 'N Roll Crazy Nights!
What do Dio, Ratt & Rush have in common? None of those bands ever came to Winnipeg when Chris was in high school! But luckily for Dave, Pink Floyd did on the “Division Bell” Tour! Perfect for taking magic mushrooms and remembering almost nothing else about the show!
Rybo saw The Rolling Stones and U2. And Chris drove 5-hours to Fargo to see the 1990 “Hot In The Shade” KISS Tour.
And then there are stories about the infamous Dream Theater fire marshal show in LA, the piss-covered Metallica guitar pick, the Billy Idol rule, protecting Paul McCartney from Ninjas, and sharing a bathroom with Yoko Ono.

WINNIPEGGERS Ep 20 – Are We Alcoholics?
The Winnipeggers are nothing if not professional, and take stock of the alcohol influence on episodes, and set some limits for future recordings (I know, we’re laughing too).
They also do a little self-help survey to determine just where they fall on the “Are You A Hardcore Drinker” scale! See where they rank, and go ahead and take it with them to get your own results!
And Dave Spivak has a safety message for his fellow snowboarders, which also explains the liquid codeine in his cup, and the homemade, white sling across his right shoulder.

You’re gonna need a drinkskie for this one! The boys are back and telling their best practical joke stories (somehow mostly on Jericho)… involving garbage chutes, “Pulp Fiction,” Rybo’s first introduction to Don “The Snatch” Callis, the Hamburg strip club “The Cat Meow”, the haunted Roosevelt Hotel in LA, and George Clooney and Brad Pitt!
They also answer fan mail & and show the latest and greatest from @speweememes

Winnipeggers: Episode 18 - Pre-Internet Days
Before there was internet, WiFi, phones and tablets, how on earth did people communicate and entertain themselves? Luckily, the teenage Winnipeggers were alive (and survived) that prehistoric, pre-digital era, and are sharing their stories from that nearly-forgotten time.
See how many you remember: rotary phones, call-waiting, typewriters and white out, and Atari!
They also talk no-app dating and getting wrong numbers from chicks at the end of the night; standing in line for concert tickets and new albums; and door-to-door encyclopedia salesmen!
There was no email, texting, YouTube, Wikipedia or Setlist.fm.
But they do name as many French foods as they can!

Winnipeggers: Episode 15 - Halloween Special
The Winnipeggers are feeling the Halloween spirt, and celebrate with their best and worst costumes!
Can you guess who went as Batman with a blue cape made from a blanket? Or who had to hitchhike back to their own Halloween party dressed in Richard Simmons’ infamous short-shorts? Or who got their candy stolen by a bully? Don’t know what to say about “Sexy Mitt Romney,” “Vampire Elvis,” “The Flute Guy” or the “KISS Bandit.” You just gotta see it for yourself. And Rybo’s looking for suggestions on what exactly one of his Halloween costumes was supposed to be!

Winnipeggers: Episode 14 - The Great Imitation Contest
It’s the game of games! Everybody does 5 (or more) imitations, and then YOU get to the vote on the winner (if it’s possible to choose a winner, and NOT because it'll be such a close vote).
Some of these are part of the contest; some are... well, not really sure. But you'll definitely laugh (just maybe not for the right reasons)!
Jericho: Lars Ulrich, Gilbert Gottfried, Woody Allen, Sly Stallone, Regis Philbin
Rybo: Dustin Diamond (aka Screech from “Saved By The Bell”), Schwarzenegger, PeeWee Herman, Mr. Rogers, Ron Jeremy, Barbra Streisand
Dave Spivak: Neil Young, Kermit The Frog, Edith Bunker, Bob Hope, John Lennon, Elmo, Darth Vader
Should be an easy week for @SpeweeMemes! So many memes, so little time…

Winnipeggers - Episode 13: First Yobs
The Winnipeggers are talking first jobs! Chris made bank at 9-years-old delivering flyers around town, but only lasted 2 weekends at DJay’s Pizza (and they still somehow named a pizza after him). Rybo delivered newspapers for Dwayne Johnson (but not that one and probably not even spelled that way). And Dave Spivak got his start bagging groceries after a little unsolicited job-hunting help from his dad. Hear the stories about faked injuries, creative ordering for free pizza, the initiations, the most-coveted jobs in Winnipeg, and #SheepShit.

Winnipeggers: Episode 12 - Maiden Winnipeg
The boys remember their favorite Iron Maiden gigs, and the band may never visit Winnipeg, Manitoba again after hearing some of this nonsense! They may also revoke all three’s membership to the FTTB fanclub! Chris, Rybo and Dave Spivak piece together the drunken memories from their journey to see a celeb-infested Maiden concert at the LA Forum with Eli and Gabe Roth, and Chris recounts what happened the time he snuck into the Winnipeg hotel where Maiden were staying, and cold-knocked on Adrian Smith’s hotel room door.

Winnipeggers: Episode 10 - Leaving Home
WINNIPEGGERS: EPISODE 10 – Leaving Home
Dave Spivak left home at age 18 to go to broadcasting school in Thunder Bay, and learned about Shake N Bake, hard boiled eggs, nunchucks, and dealing with same sex crushes (who also happened to be the local drug dealer).
Rybo moved out in order to furnish someone else’s apartment, and have a place to park his hand-me-down Oldsmobile. And then there was the time he lived in the Town Inn Suites in Toronto for 2 months and drank white wine for nutrients.
Chris Jericho moved out and discovered that Van Halen songs actually had guitar solos, and that his dad’s driving advice and tips were actually useful.
Hey @SpeweeMemes – a little inspiration for ya!
