Your Forefathers died to give you the chance to self-govern and decide your own law, your own fate, and your own obligations, to own your own land and soil, to have no obligation to a king. From our side of it, it is exactly the same as the process for Federal Employees of either stripe -- Americans working for either Municipal Corporation headquartered in the District of Columbia, Territorial (Military) or Municipal (Federal Civil Service) can choose to reclaim their birthright and notify their State Assembly. The only difference is that these people need to join the appropriate District Assembly after they have recorded their claim to their birthright nationality. They are in a Dual Status -- they are still Americans owed their birthright and Constitutional Guarantees, but so long as they are also claiming Federal Citizenship/citizenship, they don't belong in our State Assemblies. Article 4445 Video - "Poison" Package Frauds - Monday, October 30, 2023 By Anna Von Reitz We are facing a new round of another old fraud scheme famously (and illegally) used by the Department of Justice back in the 1930's, which I call the "Poison Package Fraud". If they wanted to target someone, they simply had one of their flunkies send the victim a package containing some federally regulated substance, like a box of smuggled Cuban Cigars or booze that wasn't shipped into the country "legally" and so on. Today, the targeting scheme has become more sophisticated and the poisons are typically things like cocaine or fentanyl seized at the border but never inventoried as contraband. These controlled substances are then sent through the U.S. Mail -- which is a felony -- to your name and address, by dirty private law enforcement agents who pretend that they intercepted the poisoned package, when they are the ones who were paid to send it. This is a technique used in Third World countries for targeting political opponents, and now, thanks to J. Edgar Hoover and Associates, it has come to America. They use the fact that you are the intended recipient of the poisoned package as circumstantial evidence that you are conspiring to commit a crime with persons unknown. Therein lies the important word "conspiracy". That is what they try to hang the heavy lifting on, the idea that the Sender is acting in collusion with you, to import controlled substances of some kind into this country. But you aren't in control of whatever any unknown person might send to you in the mail for nefarious purposes and the postal laws recognize this, even if the "federal" scumbags try to hang their scams around your neck. I am going to give you that one-liner from one of his recent articles about vaccines: "There is no way to differentiate antibodies against the virus from antibodies against the adjuvant." The adjuvant is whatever carrier fluid they use to make the dead virus or bacteria (or nanoantenna assembly or plasmid or scrap of mRNA) injectable. So, antibodies are formed no matter what foreign material you put in your body, and the more foreign material you inject, the more antibodies are formed. There is no way to tell if the antibodies were triggered by a dead virus or the adjuvant carrying the dead virus. You get an antibody response no matter what you inject and it is proportional to the amount of crud you inject, either way. The Founding Fathers started with the Counties and organized them first, and then organized the States. This was orderly and sensible, given that they were organizing in the wake of a land war and everyone in America was then standing on the land and soil. We, however, face a far different prospect. Nearly everyone in America has been individually and purposefully trafficked off the land and soil jurisdiction and into the foreign jurisdiction of the sea. We've been shanghaied and misidentified as British Territorial U.S. Citizens -- as if we were all born in Puerto Rico. So we are coming back home from being at sea ---which is a distinctly different position and starting point. We have to re-enter the country via the International Jurisdiction and move from the sea to the land, and then from the land of the State to the soil of the County. There seems to be a lot of confusion about this, but this is just common sense. You retrace your steps, or in this case, the steps taken "for" you without your knowledge or consent, to get back home. As each American arrives back home and records their birthright state nationality and notifies their State Assembly, they automatically populate the County they live in, too. But, "legally" all these vets never returned home. When they joined the service, their natural political status was changed to that of Federal U.S. Citizens, and when they were discharged and physically returned home, they remained in that foreign political status as U.S. Citizens and were presumed to be voluntarily remaining in that status even after they were discharged. The bureaucrats simply took no follow-up action to return them to their original birthright political status, so they remained "at sea". Of course, nobody told the vets about the change in their political service in the first place when they joined the service, and nobody instructed them about how to change back when they got out. The veterans just assumed that "Honorable Discharge" meant they were out of any Federal service obligation-- and accordingly, they never did anything to reclaim their birthright political status. That circumstance left the WWII vets in Federal jurisdiction and presumed to be voluntarily accepting the political status of Federal civilians even after the war, and of course, the stock portfolios were only for Americans returning home from the war. The WWII vets never, technically, returned home to their birthright jurisdiction on the land and soil, so that allowed the foreign British Territorial Corporation acting as a Subcontractor of our "government" to keep and manage the stock portfolios "for" them, until one by one they have died from various causes. There are travel costs. There are storage units to pay for. There are equipment costs. There are supply costs. All of it has to get paid for, and guess what? It's your government. Number Four: When you are self-governing, you have to be self-supporting --- so this is a reasonable situation for us to be in, so far as it goes. Later on down the track, when everything is functioning as it should, we will have access to our assets and sources of income and it won't be a problem. Right now, it's a pain in the butt. The first point is that in this contest, we are talking about spiritual parents. The living God is a spirit. And Satan is a spirit, too --- the Spirit of Falsehood. We align with our spiritual parent by our own nature and our choices and by the frequency of energy that we reflect and broadcast. The children of Eve broadcast love and truth, while the children of Satan broadcast the energy of fear and falsehood. In technical terms, the children of Eve resonate to 528 MHz while the children of Satan resonate to 741 MHz. It is thus very easy to identify the two groups of people on this planet. Realizing this, the children of Satan rushed forward their Mark of the Beast program. The "Mark" imposes an artificial emission of 741 MHz energy and this makes it look like everyone who has been vaccinated belongs to Satan. They are naive enough to think that this false signal will confuse the angels of God. They forgot that our Father searches the heart. So all their schemes to shelter themselves and claim victory by making it look like a majority of people voluntarily chose Satan, have come to naught. They have a very simple proposition that runs throughout Japanese society. One should either do something, or not do it. No wishy-washy. No hypocrisy. Stand up or sit down with equal power. And then hold to your decision, until and unless the basis for your decision changes. If you were given bad information and believed it, by all means, admit the mistake and correct. If you were deprived of information you needed, and because of that made a mistake, admit the mistake and correct. But never do the right thing for the right reasons and apologize for it. Be honorable in all things and make clean decisions, so that your mind and heart can be at peace. In other words, don't lie. Don't lie to yourself and don't lie to others. Nothing is relative. Everything is, or isn't. This echoes what my parents taught me in a completely different language, and it is echoed in many languages throughout the world -- if we only listen.
