Certain persons including Keith Livingway and members of a cult known as The Reign of the Heavens Society have impersonated the States of America and have attempted to front a commercial corporation lodged somewhere off-shore as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Now they have opened a bank under these False Pretenses and are attempting to issue currency "in our names". Let's get down to the facts. TROH has attempted to pull the same con job as the Scottish Interloper played in 1868. They incorporated a commercial corporation in a foreign country, infringed upon our Good Names and Trademarks, called their corporation "The United States of America, Incorporated" and are now trying to pass themselves off as the government of this country. No sovereign government can be incorporated, ever. This is a fundamental condition of sovereignty. No sovereign government can go bankrupt. A Bit of Clarity August 18, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz This past Monday night, I explained how efforts to re-secure our assets have been undermined and gone haywire to the extent that plans were being made to use the returned labor bonds owed to the people of this country to fund the RV. This is screw loose from many different perspectives, not the least of which is that the money produced by those bonds is "dirty money" --- the result of criminal activities that took place in this country for almost a hundred years, right under the noses of our precious vaunted military geniuses. Such money has to be returned to the people of this country, but it cannot be returned to them on an individual basis because they would immediately become "tainted" as beneficiaries of crime and would be presumed to be accomplices to the crimes. Those bonds have to be "settled" and the receipts have to be returned to the lawful government and to our International Trade Bank for distribution. We have already described in part the First Wave of relief in the form of a Vendor Card that will allow Americans to discharge public debt with pre-paid credit. I was so disgusted with certain members of the U.S. Military for inserting themselves in the repatriation process and presuming to have authority over the civilian government even after Peace has been declared and the lawful government has presented itself, that I asked the members of our Assemblies to sit down and sound off on their own behalf. Here in This Late Hour August 12, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz Everyone needs to remember and heed and understand something I told them months ago: President Trump remains as the Commander-in-Chief for almost a year after any election. Technically, he doesn’t leave that Office until September of 2021. This is to ensure continuity of government and to give the new President time to get up to speed. It is also a fail safe mechanism against the sort of thing we have just seen happen during the last election cycle. If an election is stolen or forced or otherwise left in doubt or dishonor, President Trump has the means to declare an interim government and new elections and it looks to me like that is the circumstance. If so Mr. Trump has only a few days left to take action to remove Biden and show cause for the action. I am presuming that there will be a series of public announcements and revelations and that the military will be deployed to assist in the process of educating the populace both about this little known overlap of authority during the first year of every new Administration, and about the evidence that foreign governments interfered with the foreign elections of the District That is, these foreign corporations have been interfering in their own elections—-one against the other, and all of which have nothing to do with us, though many people assume that we are in the dog fight taking place between the British Territorial and Municipal Government. A Blunt Message for the Alliance August 11, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz It has come to my ears that you plan to "pull an FDR" and go around at gunpoint collecting privately held gold and silver. I have news for you. It was illegal military confiscation of gold and silver in 1934 --- otherwise known as grand felony theft under color of law and in breach of trust, and it will be the same theft now, should you attempt any such thing. Furthermore, all the legal presumptions that have legalized such thefts and impositions in the past have been overturned. Our State Assemblies, which are the only organizations with standing to address this matter, have declared and issued a peace treaty, ending the American Civil War. You can no longer rely on the presumption of war and emergency as a cover for your actions, and neither can any other group. So the entire playing field has changed. It's peacetime. This is no longer a battlefield and you are no longer free to wage war "in our names". Having imposed upon Mr. P to hand over the account codes, you are amazed that you still can't access the accounts. There is a simple reason for that. Those accounts belong to us, the Americans, your Employers. You don't have and can never access the rest of the information required. We can access those accounts, and we can pay you in "gold and silver coin", but frankly, you aren't (yet) behaving in a way that would encourage that commitment on our part. First, talk to us, the only ones with standing to act as your Employers. That is a requirement of the job. Second, come to us when you need money for your operations. The people bringing these charges don't have standing. The things they are objecting to are certainly true, but if you don't have standing to bring charges, you don't have standing, so, it's useless. Standing is a matter of jurisdiction and capacity, and none of these clueless people have bothered to correct their political status. So, at best, they will be ignored, or at worst, misidentified as insurrectionists. All their "Orders" will fall on deaf ears, because they don't have standing. They haven't got a clue what it takes to establish standing, either, and won't learn or listen. We have done everything that is necessary, have raised all the complaints and charges, acquired all the liens, etc;, etc., etc., and they don't have a clue. So, that's the sorry state of affairs revealed by Scott Workman's diatribe. For starters, he states, "Due Process has now been served upon you." ---- that's not "Due Process". Due Process is what I did for years --- three Notices with proper curing time and service at each and every step. The organizers of this law suit are correct that this situation is an "ongoing criminal enterprise", but they have no clue whatsoever what they are up against or what is necessary. They are not even in "our" jurisdiction, and they are pushing this crap as a "Declaration of Restoration" as "a citizen of the United States". This is nonsense. These people are so clueless, that they don't recognize that "a citizen of the United States" is a Municipal citizen of the district United States ---- not an American, not anyone with any right or claim to anything related to the original Declaration, not anyone with standing to pursue such claims. Thank you. Right to Correct Mistakes August 3, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz We all have the absolute right to correct mistakes, so long as we recognize that we made a mistake. This is a case in point. I have just been informed that various State Assemblies have "signed on" to "State Charters" ---- one thing that a valid State Assembly can never do. I am admittedly frustrated that this has happened in view of the many times that I have explicitly told everyone that our State Assemblies are unincorporated, therefore, not chartered in any way, shape or form. Let me reiterate for (it seems) the thousandth time: State Maryland State State Maryland State The State of State The State of Maryland the State of State the State of Maryland the STATE OF STATE the STATE OF MARYLAND Maryland, in the example above, is a State. It is free, sovereign, independent and never incorporated. The Maryland Assembly populates this State of the Union. Now look at the next entity, which has been the cause of the present confusion--- the entity called "Maryland State". Notice that this construction is odd and it sounds like there is something missing ---- Maryland State WHAT? This is the Maryland State Trust that was formed by the Territorial United States Government after the Civil War, to contain all the assets of the State while the State Government was "absent" and "in interregnum". This is how the British Government pretended to have a custodial interest and also has pretended that we are all "Wards of the State" and of the Queen. Some of our Assemblies and Assemblymen have made the mistake of signing these State Charters and unwittingly subjecting themselves (again) as property belonging to the State, but being "administered" by the British Territorial Government. Thank you. "Sovereign Citizen" is an Oxymoron July 30, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz I have said this many times, but here I am, having to say it again. This repetition is necessary only because new people are coming into our ranks and because the "Powers That Were" are promoting the idea that so-called "Sovereign Citizens" exist. The two things, "sovereign" and "citizen", are mutually exclusive political statuses. When you combine the two, you get nonsense. This is known as an "oxymoron" --- when you combine two mutually exclusive terms or ideas. So, if you hear anyone talking about "Sovereign Citizens" you know that they are ignorant about political status and the meaning of these words. I think that it has been used in the past as a political and grammatical Dumb Test: the "bait" is whether or not a person accepts it as a valid concept. If they do, then they reveal their ignorance and they can be easily discounted, misled, and abused. If they object and point out that "Sovereign Citizen" is an oxymoron and that nobody could possibly be a "sovereign" and a "citizen" at the same time, they demonstrate that they are knowledgeable about the issues and definitions---and not such easy prey. Please share this knowledge with everyone and include it as part of basic education in the Assemblies, so that our people are not caught napping or foolishly accepting any such label. Thank you. Clarifications July 28, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz People have been calling, writing, and asking ---- the Assembly in my State was dissolved. What does that mean? Is my paperwork voided? Is everything else at a standstill? What can I do to help us get back on the road home? First, the only States impacted are Michigan and Texas. Both of these State Assemblies have been dissolved as a corrective and protective measure, albeit, for different causes. Second, this action does not change, alter, or void your paperwork. It is still safe and sound on the public record, according to my most recent information. There may be some cases in Michigan that will need to be re-recorded, but your original paperwork will be honored and any necessary work will be done at no additional cost. Third, the effort to reorganize and properly train new Coordinators and Recording Secretaries is in full swing. The new Coordinator Teams will be fully briefed and back in action soon, meetings will resume, and the people in both States will have a new chance and a clean slate. Fourth, for reasons that I have explained most recently in "Success" we have a different business model and it is a model that hasn't been in common use for decades. As a result, everyone has to learn how their Assembly is supposed to function and how power is shared in an American Assembly --- which is different from anything we have experienced in the corporate world. Fifth, these are Big Changes --- changes in the way we do business, in the way we treat each other, and in the way we view the world. There is no "power" to grapple for, no positional authority to seize and control and use as leverage over others and over the Assembly as a whole. These attitudes, activities, and assumptions have to go. If we wanted to live in Corporate America, we would have stayed in the District Assemblies and continued to operate as they do. There is Only One State Assembly July 25, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz There are some people in Texas and elsewhere who think that whenever they are disgruntled or disagree with anything, including the role of the Federation of States (not to be confused with the “Federal” Government), they can split off from any oversight required during the assembling process and just keep on rolling —- but that is not possible. You are either in or you are out. There is one body politic in each State of the Union and you either join it and abide by the jurisdiction it holds, or you are, by default, either a Federal citizen or a stateless person —and in either case, you are without any constitutional guarantees and without property rights and a foreigner on your own soil. With the rights go the responsibilities. The Texas Assembly stands dissolved and a new State Assembly will be formed by people who will cooperate with each other and who will follow the requirements of the assembling process. The new Assembly will inherit the land and pre-paid credit and constitutional guarantees which the people of Texas are owed. Those who opt out, opt out. Anyone who goes rogue will be easy pickings for the Federal Agents. We will not be responsible for them or what happens to them as a result of their obstinate misunderstandings. Just as with the Colorado Nine, we have sounded the alarm, rung the bell, and told everyone the Truth. Especially when that insubordination results in endangerment for everyone else concerned. Imagine a sawmill operator who ignores every safety precaution known to man? And endangers all the other workers, too? How about a bank administrator, who insists on forming a competing bank and working on that project, while charging me for his time? None of you would hesitate a nanosecond to fire people who did things like this, but for some reason, some of you persist in thinking that we didn't have good reason or didn't have the right to do what we have done to bring the Assembly Process back in line. That simply isn't the case. Everyone concerned was given fair warning. All they had to do was self-correct and get back on track. Failure to ride for the brand and follow instructions has predictable results and we all know what those results are. It takes five (5) Witnesses and we have more people than that who saw what happened and who can affirm with first-hand testimony what went on in every single one of these disciplinary actions. Is it heartbreaking that we have to go through this? Yes. Is it disruptive to progress? You bet. Do we wish it had turned out differently? Of course. But, at a certain point, it is what it is. You have to deal with the facts and not your druthers. Hawaii had a drinking problem. Texas was being misled into danger. Michigan was commandeered. Our Coordinators were being targeted, set up, and attacked. What do you do? You try to work with people to promote a common vision of what has to get done, and then you hope and pray to God that with a little goodwill, you can do it. There are two Federal Citizenships currently available, and they are Territorial Citizenship and Municipal citizenships. These are foreign citizenships and they always have been, ever since the Federal Constitutions have been adopted. There once was (prior to 1860) and potentially still is ---a third kind of Federal Citizenship possible, but until the Reconstruction is finished and the Federal Republic restored, there are only the two kinds of Federal citizenship described herein. There is one American Citizenship available ---- American State Citizenship. This is the political status that is natural to us, and which we have declared and recorded as Persons owed every jot of every Constitutional Guarantee. So, which one are you? If you are a Territorial Citizen, known as a U.S. Citizen, you are subject to Territorial Law and you need to join your District Assembly. This includes all members of the U.S. Military and their dependents, until such time as they resign their commissions and officially return home to civilian life. If you are a Municipal citizen of the United States, you are subject to Municipal Law, and you need to join your Municipal District Assembly. This includes all members of the Federal Civil Service and their dependents. If you are a plain old American with no ties to the Federal Government, you need to join your State Assembly. So, unofficially, this mercenary conflict simply continued on, and our country remained in a perpetual state of war and emergency from 1861 to today. Thank you. A Race That is Already Won July 23, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz There is a little fear in the air. That fear is being caused by the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) which is threatening to move the date for Basel 3 Compliance forward from January 2023 to August 1, 2021. If they do that, they have already been given Due Process, have already Defaulted, and already been judged guilty--- and will automatically be held liable for all damages and injuries resulting from their action, including the published $1 trillion per life lost or maimed. They are being reminded of these facts as we speak. Everyone should be prepared for some "bumps" and changes, but there is no need to panic. The wheels are turning to release the Vendor Cards to pay the public debts with pre-paid credit. Each country needs to get its Bilateral Bank Charter filled out, then needs to fill out a Bank Treaty with Global Family Bank, then needs to fill out one simple Registration and one simple Record to get an account established for their Trade Bank and their Commercial Bank. About Oaths and Affirmations July 17, 2021 By Anna Von Reitz Oaths are anti-Biblical and are in fact condemned as a practice by Jews, Christians, and Muslims, but they have remained part of the ancient Law of the Sea and the Law Merchant, which are forms of international law, even after the Christian Era. Christians objected to taking oaths, so the requirement was changed to include "affirmations". This entire practice goes back to international maritime law and forming a verbal contract in front of witnesses, obligating whoever was "swearing" the oath to perform the oath. It is a form of Performance Bond and backs the insurance or indemnity bond that traditionally is required for Public Offices that operate in the international jurisdiction. Read that: the entire practice of taking oaths upon entering public offices is foreign to us, and only applies in the international jurisdiction. That's why judges and other officers engaged in administering international maritime courts and conducting interstate (that is, international) business on behalf of the Public, take oaths or make affirmations guaranteeing their performance. Please do not get all worried about arcane things like this. Other people have already researched it and determined what's necessary and what isn't necessary for the proper administration of our Assemblies. You can recommend someone that you would like as Coordinator, and if that person passes the vetting process, we will honor your request--- but it is a request, and we retain the right to appoint all Coordinators.
