San Diego homebuyer and mortgage rate update

In a nutshell...Rates going up. Prices going up. Inventory will get worse. In this video, we walk through all of that and get an understanding from a high level view. This is good to do if you're in the thick of the home search process and trying to make sense of why you should continue. Rents went up 20% in San Diego last year and I estimate this year will be similar. You receive no benefits to renting accept "limited flexibility". All the other homeowner benefits are a big fat 0 when you rent. No tax deduction, no principle pay down, no opportunity for appreciation or leverage. Hope it helps!

If you know someone looking to BUY a home in San Diego, Refinance or SELL a home in San Diego, tell them to give me a shout! I’ll make you look good! :)
