In this new 8 minute Tabata workout, we have 8 different moves that we do twice each. We perform the exercises for 20 seconds and then get a 10-second break. Don't be fooled into thinking it's easy because it is only 8 minutes. Trust me, this one is intense.

Really push yourself and try to see how many reps you can get the first time and attempt to beat that number when we do the move for the second time. You got this!
