THE SWISS BALL ONE-HANDED DUMBBELL PUSH

In this video we went over the swiss ball one-handed dumbbell push. This is a fully integrative exercise that works every muscle in the body, primarily the chest, shoulders, and core. Make to sure to have feet minimum as wide as the ball. It is ok for the ball to move a little when doing this exercise. Let head rest, do not fight gravity; gravity will win.
