In this 15 Min butt workout, we use ankle weights to build and tone our butt. If you don't have ankle weights, you can use a booty band or feel free to use no equipment at all. You will still feel the burn! We have 30 moves that we do for 30 seconds each with no break in between. If you need a rest though, go ahead and take it. You got this!
