Feeling a lot of tension in the hips, thighs, and low back at the end of a busy day? Would you like to have some easy yoga poses to help with that?
This video is the first in a 4 part mini series designed to help you relax, open, and feel better in the hips, low back, and legs. Step 1 is a restorative yoga practice that uses blankets to gently relax the psoas muscles, which tend to tense up after a long day of stimulation.
You will need 2 folded blanket for the practice.
