Feeling a lot of tension in the hips, thighs, and low back at the end of a busy day? Would you like to have some easy yoga poses to help with that?
This video is the second one in a 4 part miniseries designed to help you relax, open, and feel better in the hips, low back, and legs. Step 1 was about releasing tension through a restorative yoga practice, and
Step 2 is a yin to restorative yoga practice that uses specific poses to open the different directions that the hips move (abduction & adduction) and it will also help with the knees and low back.
Some of the poses also help open the kidney meridian, and this can help with brining more water (lubrication) to dry, stiff joints.
