59yr old sumo deadlifts 315lbs

Ah, another Sunday, aaaand another deadlift day!
Todays sesh, was to be a de-load day, so perfect for trying out a full workout with sumo style.
12 sets in total (plus 2 sets of 3 RDL'S at the end, which shoulda been 3 sets but last weeks MONSTER deadlift day tore my callouses right off, aaand they were none to happy deadlifting again, FML...)
4 sets (2 shown here) of 3 with 315, def could have gone heavier but needed to keep the weight (and ego) in check.
Never did the under/over grip before, so in order to keep muscular balance and neuro adaption , I alternated between left and right hands.
Overall? T'was a fun and productive workout!
