Part 2 of my insane and self inflicted MONSTER deadlift day!
Seen here is sets 10 and 11, 415 and 420 (I ended up doing 2 sets of 420, you know, just to make sure I got it! I'ma gonna hate me in the morning :/ )
Its been a long slow process getting back into the 400lb range, haven't lifted this much in 20 yrs, just prior to my comp diet for the Mr. Ontario show in 2000.
Check out part 3 in this series where I do my super heavy partial pulls, that actually have helped me progress to these kinda of poundage's.
