What all do you need to check out before starting to releveling a mobile home, house or a building.

Phil walks you through all the things you need to check when prepping for a mobile home re-level.

Make sure all the plumbing, electrical, anchors, and straps, along with any other utilities, are free. You want to have enough room to adjust the trailer or building without tearing stuff up. Keep your eyes open as you use the water level to check how much you need to move each part of the building.
