Now is the time to make changes toward good health, giving yourself the best chance of thriving!

1. Eat whole, God-made food
2. Take your vitamins
3. Remove toxins from your life!!!
4. Learn everything you can about healing your body with plants (essential oils, herbal remedies)
5. Order medications that may be denied you for whatever reason

• Get and learn to use Essential Oils – We only use doTERRA (my.doterra.com/seiler). Get a good resource guide like “The Essential Life” (https://essentiallife.com/) to help you know how to use them. I am happy to share with you everything I know (and I know a lot about these)!

• Learn about Herbal Remedies – teas, tinctures - grow some of your own!

• Know some basic first aid, and gather supplies

• Get some resource books about essential oils, herbal remedies, survival medicine, medicinal plants

• Besides plants, keep a stock of OTC pain relievers and fever reducers on hand
