Here is great shoulder exercise you can add to your workouts. If you experience any shoulder pain from the military press, try this instead. This internally rotates your shoulder, with a neutral grip. This will be easy on the shoulder and the AC Joint. Also consult with your doctor if the pain is sharp, radiating or excruciating.
