WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE in an apartment gym #fullweekofworkouts
You can absolutely get your dream body in 2021, be as consistent as you possibly can with this full week of workouts \ weekly workout routine for women (also great for men!) do this along with the other routines in my workout playlist!!😍

DAY ONE
Exercise one: Dumbbell squats 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise two: Lunge step-backs 4 sets, 12 reps
Exercise three: Bulgarian split squats 3 or 4 sets 10- reps/leg
Exercise four: Hip thrust/glute bridge 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise five: Straight-legged deadlift 4 sets 10-12 reps

DAY TWO
Exercise one: Rotator cuff warmup 2 sets 10 reps per side
Exercise two: Bent over straight arm kickbacks 3-4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise three: Bench elevated dumbbell row to overhead press 3-4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise four: Arnold press 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise five: Regular shoulder press 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise six: Lateral dumbbell raise 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps

DAY THREE
Exercise one: Back and feet elevated glute bridge 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise two: Eccentric dumbbell sumo deadlift 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise three: Single legged deadlifts 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise four: Cable hip abductions 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps per side

DAY FOUR
Exercise one: Seated cable rows 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise two: Dumbbell curls 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise three: Straight arm push downs 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise four: Seated behind the head rope pull-downs 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise five: single arm cable pulldown 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps per arm

DAY FIVE - CHEST
Exercise one: Chest cable fly's 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise two: Dumbbell standing fly's 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise three: Laying dumbbell fly's 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise four: Chest press 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise five: Reverse grip chest press 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
Exercise six: Single dumbbell front raise 3 or 4 sets 10-12 reps
