You are going to receive 12 half-hour Restorative yoga flows that are absolutely delicious and are sure to have you looking and feeling your best in no time.
Here is the flow:
β Start with deep breaths and gentle warm-ups
β From there try a few half vinyasas to take you're warm-up deeper
β Try 3 Legged Downward Dog and then step up into a lunge
β From there twist and open the Heart β€οΈ
β Rise up and clasp the hands, leaning back to open the chest further 6. Bring the hand down and step back into wild thing
β Come through center and flow to repeat that on the other side
β Sit on your bum and slowly roll down to your back
β Lift the hips for bridge pose
β Transition into Happy Baby
Then close your practice however feels best!
