Here is the flow:

✔ Start with deep breaths and gentle warm-ups

✔ From there try a few half vinyasas to take you're warm-up deeper

✔ Try 3 Legged Downward Dog and then step up into a lunge

✔ From there twist and open the Heart ❤️

✔ Rise up and clasp the hands, leaning back to open the chest further 6. Bring the hand down and step back into wild thing

✔ Come through center and flow to repeat that on the other side

✔ Sit on your bum and slowly roll down to your back

✔ Lift the hips for bridge pose

✔ Transition into Happy Baby
