Downdog Crossover⁣
Cross-Body Crunch⁣
Single-Leg Raise⁣
Alternating Toe Tap⁣

Do 3 rounds of 12-20 reps then switch to HIIAT!⁣

Plank Shoulder To Toe Tap⁣
Plank Jack To Tuck Jump⁣
Standing Crossbody Cruch⁣

Aim for 3 rounds of 45 seconds on 15 seconds off⁣ 😘
