Single-Leg Raise
Alternating Toe Tap
Do 3 rounds of 12-20 reps then switch to HIIAT!
Plank Shoulder To Toe Tap

Standing Crossbody Cruch
Aim for 3 rounds of 45 seconds on 15 seconds off 😘
