In this episode we explore the home of the wealthiest Cherokee Half Breed in Georgia. James Vann was born to a Cherokee mother and a Scottish father. In 1804 he built Vann House. Less than a stellar human being, James Vann only lived in his gargantuan house for four years before his violent death. His son Joseph inherited the home after his father's death and records show that he was at least far better than the man who raised him.
After visiting the Vann House, we checked out the Morovian Mission Cemetery before going to lunch at the Royal Waffle King.
