This is a Raddish cake recipe from my 92 year old Grandma in Taiwan.
We hope to pass on this recipe since it everyone has considered it very delicious not only in its taste but also texture.

我在士林的阿嬤今年92歲!從小我們每年都會吃她做的這個古早味蘿蔔糕。
常常覺得跟外面賣的口感真的很不一樣(蘿蔔絲的層次感超好,而蝦米的味道非常的香)

食材:
白蘿蔔-四斤 White Raddish 2400grams
在來米粉-一斤 Rice Flour 600grams
水-一公升(五杯米杯) Water 1Liter
蝦米-一把 Dried Shrimp One hand full

調味:
紅糖-八匙(24克) Red Sugar 24grams
鹽-兩匙(6克) Salt 6 grams
白胡椒適量 Pepper a pinch
出榨橄欖油
