Recipe and ingredients:

for the dough:
4 eggs
150 g (3/4 cup) sugar
Pinch of salt
120 g (3/4 cup) flour
30 g (3 tablespoons) of cocoa powder
30 g (3 tablespoons) of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Baking tray 28x18cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180β (356β) for 30 minutes
For the cherry jam:
500 g (3 cups) cherries
60 g (4 tablespoons) of sugar
For the cream:
600 g (2.5 cups) cream cheese
400 g (2 cups) sour cream 33% fat
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
Let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours

for the dough:

For the cream:
1000 g (4 cups) of milk
2 eggs
150 g (3/4 cup) sugar
80 g (3/4 cup) cornstarch
8 g (1 teaspoon) vanilla sugar
250 g of chocolate
Let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours
For the chocolate frosting:
60 g (4 tablespoons) of sugar
45 g (4.5 tablespoons) of cocoa powder
60 g (4 tablespoons) of milk
80 g (3 tablespoons) of butter
Let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes

for the dough:

140 (3/4 cup) sugar.
110 g (3/4 cup) flour.
40 g (4 tablespoons) of cocoa powder.
20 g (2 tablespoons) of cornstarch.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180β (356β) for about 25 minutes.
For the caramel:
200 g (1 cup) sugar.
100 g (4 tablespoons) of butter.
180 g (1 cup without 2 spoons) boiling cream 33% fat.
For the cream:
200 g (1 cup) hot cream 33% fat.
200 g of chocolate.
300 g (1.5 cups) sour cream 33% fat.
For the chocolate frosting:
200 g of chocolate.
100 g (4 tablespoons) of butter.
100 g of roasted peanuts.
Let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours
