Join me today for a full body workout! 💪🔥 you will need a pair of dumbbells or any household item for this workout. We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦

WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. dumbbell swing to squat
2. sumo squat to upright row
3. lunge hold
4. bent over row to bicep curl
5. glute bridge close grip chest press to skull crushers
6. side - middle - side crunch
