I can't see a way anybody can argue we don't have a spending problem--particularly at a federal level--here in the United States.

Every day, the amount of debt we take on, grow staggeringly higher.

On top of that, we've decided it's reasonable to tax folks a percentage of their income. Is that something you can generally do with your employer? Can you tell them, "I want twenty percent of the take for the day."?
