Exercise Technique #13 Kettlebell: Belly Up Hammer Curl

Forces the movement to be slowed down. Balance throughout the forearm flexors & extensors, hands, and biceps brachialis will be magnified. Any weakness or structural imbalance will result in an inability to perform the movement. Fantastic movement to rehab forearm, and/or biceps tendinitis, as well as to test true functional strength.
