Join me today for a follow along LOWER BODY workout. This workout can be done at home or the gym. You will need some dumbbells or any household item will do the trick. We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦

WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. standing leg raise (20s L, 20s R)
2. reverse lunge to deadlift to reverse lunge
3. squat jump
4. glute bridge R leg
5. glute bridge L leg
6. glute bridge w/ alt. leg extension
7. calf raises
✰ round 1: toes facing forward
✰ round 2: toes facing outward, heels touching
✰ round 3: toes facing inward, heels outward
