✨ BACK + BI’S ✨ follow along workout

Join me today for a follow along BACK + BI'S workout with a splash of low impact cardio! This workout can be done at home or the gym. You will need some dumbbells or any household item will do the trick. We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦

WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. bent over rows to bicep curls
2. SA lat pulldown (20s R, 20s L)
3. close grip bent over row
4. tricep kickbacks (20s R, 20s L)
5. hammer to wide curls
6. squat toe raise with chest opener
7. front kicks with punch
