TGB Training Series Season 1 Chest Part 3

This video is part 3 of season 1 chest series. This exercise takes pressure off of your shoulder, and focuses more on your chest. The first set you will do 10 reps of dips supersetted (meaning straight into) 10 pushups. The next set will be 9 dips supersetted with 9 pushups, and so on and so forth. You will do this until you get to 1 rep. Once you hit 1 rep you will then do 1 last set for as many reps as you can of dips and pushups. This is a good exercise to finish or start with.
