This video kicks off our new training video series. This season we are going to focus on Unique chest exercises that I use to work around my injured shoulder. In this first video I go into detail about the way I use the Hammer Strength Incline machine press. I set up a moderate weight and start by doing 10 reps on each side while holding the other side in place. Once you finish that you go straight to 10 more reps with both arms at the same time. The last set you want to turn your body to the side and really focus on your inner chest. Do 10 reps one side and then switch to the other. This really makes you squeeze your chest muscles, and you don't have to go extremely heavy to fatigue them or get a great pump. We would like to welcome you to the Anabolic Cartel family. This is our introduction to the Anabolic Cartel. In the Fitness and bodybuilding world PEDs are common practice but they are almost taboo to talk about. The Anabolic Cartel is a place that you can go to talk about PEDs and not feel like you are being judged. We want to educate those in the bodybuilding/fitness industry about PEDs, AAS use and abuse. Our focus is on harm prevention techniques as well as trying to steer today's youth away from these compounds at least until they are older adults (25+) and have the knowledge to minimize some of the risks involved. The Anabolic Cartel Forum is a place you can come and feel welcome to ask any question about bodybuilding or fitness and not feel out of place. We want to help each other be healthier whether using PEDs or not. The Forum will tie in with the podcast where we will have special guests from the industry talking openly about these topics.
