Hello, I'm Blair. I'm a 300 HR RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). Yin Yoga is slow. You're either sitting or lying down. Props are Optional!
But if you want props, you can use thick books if you don't have blocks
A belt if you don't have a strap
And if you don't have a yoga mat, a towel is fine
Always Always Always have water and hydrate those muscles before, during and after class!
