Yin Yoga Full Class for Bedtime And Stress Relief - 40 min Relaxation

This 40 minute Yin Yoga class will leave you with a feeling of calmness and rejuvenation, providing a full body stretch! The focus is on releasing any tension that may have built up from sitting for long periods of time at work and to reduce any stress you may be feeling.

In Yin Yoga, we hold these passive poses for 3-5 minutes each, without using muscular effort. The focus here lies on stretching the connective tissue, the fascia and the joint. While you hold a pose, do your best to relax and try not to fidget.

Make sure that you have at least one block handy, a blanket would also be nice as padding for the knees.
