A strong spring storm will keep its grasp tight across Northeast Wisconsin tonight and Monday with heavy rains, cool temperatures, and windy conditions. Lakeshore flood advisories and warnings are in place across lakeside counties until Monday evening. Flood advisories, flood warnings, and flood watches have been issued. A wind advisory has been issued for parts of the area. Tonight, rain and gusty winds continue out of the northeast at 15-25 mph. Temperatures will fall into the upper 40s. Monday, Windy cool, and rain will persist. Temperatures will have a hard time climbing into the lower 50s. Northeast winds will remain steady at 15-30 mph. Monday night, steady rain will turn to scattered showers with the storm departing the area. Temperatures fall into the upper 40s. Tuesday, a few isolated rain showers are possible very early in the morning. Skies will clear in the afternoon and evening with high temperatures around 60. We see a stretch of sunshine for the rest of the work week and into the weekend with temperatures warming into the mid nad upper 70s. There are signs that some areas could see their first 80s of year next Sunday.
