Temperatures climbed into the mid 40s to 50 degrees across our area making it the warmest stretch of weather since the end of December. The sunny skies were also welcomed after having a prolonged stretch of cloudy weather. The clouds are rolling back in tonight with temperatures falling into the mid to upper 20s. Any ponding water from the snow melt today will refreeze so be careful if you are walking the dog, etc... Temperatures are back in the mid 30s on Monday with partly to mostly cloudy skies. Winds will pick up in the evening and remain breezy overnight into Tuesday. Highs Monday afternoon will be in the mid 30s. We will cool down into the upper 20s on Tuesday and lower 20s on Wednesday with mostly cloudy skies. Some flurries or passing snow showers are possible Thursday as well as on Saturday and Sunday. Overall, another quite stretch of weather will stick around for the beginning of February, the complete opposite of what we had to deal with last February when we were under constant threat of snowfall.
