Gino Recchia NBC26 Weather Forecast
Cloudy skies will stick around tonight with a warm front lifting through. Some flurries or drizzle are possible as temperatures fall into the lower 30s with a steady west wind at 10-15 mph. The warmest air since the beginning of January is heading in for your Sunday. We will see high temperatures getting back into the lower to mid 40s with a breezy southwest wind at 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph. How quick the stagnant low level clouds erode will dictate how warm we will get. If the clouds stick around later into the afternoon, high temperatures will be in the lower 40s. If the clouds clear earlier in the morning, we will see the mid 40s. The record high for Sunday is 45 degrees and could break. Temperatures will fall into the mid 30s Monday after a cold front moves through but skies will remain mostly sunny to start off with some clouds rolling in later in the evening. For the rest of the week, clouds will build in with temperatures falling into the upper 20s during the second half of the work week. There is a chance of snow on Thursday.
